::Edge emerges from the fog and strobe lights and heads down to the ring. He climbs through the ropes and salutes the fans before walking over and kissing Lita. He then picks up a mic and takes a seat::

I'll admit that I did enjoy the lack of bumps and bruises, but a life of sitting on the couch eating potato chips watching TV just isn't for me.

It was just something I felt I had to do. Mentally I wasn't in the right place to step into the ring and not kill someone. And Physically I needed some time to rest and get back to 100%.
