VADERNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-

Everything seemed to happen in slow motion - from the moment derp-bot tripped to the moment it stopped moving, the flower catapulted in fail-bot's direction. Fail bot made a sort of chocked, wheezing noise as it tried to pick up the flower with its metal rod arm. However, the lack of any finger-like parts meant that all it did was to squish the flower that was the only thing it would have to remember its friend by.

One of the petals was squished so much that it was now stuck to the end of the rod, and fail-bot seemed satisfied that it at least got that much of the flower on itself. Moving a little faster now (not that it was noticable, really), fail-bot crawled over to derp-bot's lifeless body, resting its metal rod on the cold (it had always been cold though) body of derp-bot. A drop of oil fell from fail-bot's, uh, "eyes" as it mourned derp-bot.

"Uh... Thanks... I guess?" She blinked, not quite sure how to feel about the scene unfolding in front of them. In the end, she chose to dismiss it, stepping towards Xiu and pulling her in for a hug, "That was... Interesting."

"This is just embarrassing. Let me know when they are done.." Bul grumbled as he reached for more parts and sat near the tiny arena they were fighting in and began to tinker with more gizmos.

Having heard it's master and creator abandon it on site, the little rammer bot was overwhelmed by sadness as it scrambled to push itself up and redeem itself. Little Buddy was going to go out singing.

"Hmph." West crossed his arms over his chest.

If Smasher had a mouth, it would have been screaming in fury. It swung its ramming device at Desubot and missed for the last time. Only probably not.

Did...did that robot just...No. It was just...leaking oil, that was all. Shaking her head, Xiu eyed the two robots blankly before turning back to her friend, returning the hug with one of her own. "Y-yes! Very interesting!" Though uh...what were they supposed to do with their robots now? Lizzy would have to get ready for another battle, she was sure, but as for derp-bot...

...Maybe it would be best to give fail-bot some time alone with derp-bot. It seemed to need it.

"Congratulations though, really!" The Baku beamed, giving the demoness another hug, "Maybe you'll be able to win against the other robots too!" Speaking of the other robots, she glanced around to check on the others, having been too absorbed in fail-bot and derp-bot's...er..."battle" to have noticed how their classmates were doing.

When she noticed that Levi's battle was done, she waved at the Tatzel eagerly, inviting her over to where she and Lizzy were. "How did it go?"

Danny had been zoning out for a few minutes during Christof and Barth's little explanation. With her head flat on the desk. While snoring.

...

Okay she had totally conked out, but it wasn't her fault really! She hadn't slept at all the night before, her nightmare coming back to haunt her. So she had dozed off on her desk a little- it wasn't exactly an uncommon sight in high school, right? Lots of students dozed off. Maybe not the valedictorians, but we all know Danny isn't headed there anyways.

She awoke to the sound of her robot being bludgeoned in the side by Sammy's lovely robot. "Heyyy" she whined at Sammy. That wasn't cool. Then again, they never said anything against sneak attacks ... and it wasn't really a "sneak attack" when the student was sleeping.

Still, Danny was ready for the comeback. She point dramatically at Sammy and said, "YOU ARE GOING DOWN!" It was big talk though. Her robot lifted Sammy's and then dropped it. It didn't really cause much damage ... that was probably due to faulty building. It was a fighter though!

Raziel could only stare in amazement as Little Buddy was making an incredible come back. His own bot was beginning to be as bedraggled and destroyed as a pile of poo. This was turning out to be one long drawn out and pathetic battle after all.

Raziel sighed and shook his head. How sad.

Although he had practically not been looking this time while driving his bot towards Bul's, he somehow managed to finally hit his mark and put an end to the fight. "FINALLY." Raziel almost shouted, "You definitely fought the good fight Bul," he said to the taller boil, sticking his hand out for a hearty shake.

Looked like that one attack had been a fluke. Riyo was pretty sure with the way that robot was smoking, there was no hope of him winning. Which was absolutely fine anyways. "YEAH. RAM THAT SUCKER INTO THE GROUND. HE DESERVES IT FOR BEING SUCH A TERRIBLE PERSON!"

The Riyo

"IT IS...?! BUT YOU BUILT IT!" She wasn't sure if she should try to destroy Riyo's robot, but at the same time that was the point of this, wasn't it? To build a robot and win? Besides, how does one build a robot to be a terrible person and lose?

Well, Riyo did insist...

Amrita's bludgeonbot whirrled, clicked and staggered back into Riyo's, smashing it with the flat battering ram until the other bot was no longer moving and quite not functional.

"GOOD GAME!" She yelled, still looking mighty apologetic over destroying Riyo's hardwork. Stepping over the deadbot and the bludgeonbot and closer to the other ghoul, holding out a backwards hand to shake. "AND IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU"

Sammy grinned as Danny declared her little doom-bots downfall. She welcomed the challenge none the less. It seemed after a nap the other ghoul was ready to go all out in the little robot fight.

"You think you can stop me? I built my bot off secret Christmas lore. It won't be easy to stop at all!" Waving at her little bot she tried to will it forward into battle once more....

Instead the poor little bot rolled forward arms flailing and flying over the other bots head as its lifter slid beneath dropping the poor yellow thing down hard on it's tractor legs. "No no no! You gota dodge! Dodge! Back up quickly don't let it lift you again!

Little Buddy had put in a great final effort but in the end he was no match for the Flipper bot. Bul looked up from his tinkerings and rolled his eyes when his bot finally stopped moving then pushed up and grabbed it from the floor. "Well... its not like I did any of the fighting," Bul raised a brow to Raziel but still returned the hand shake with a stretch.

"If we were using little wooden boats though? I think we'd have a problem here..." he said narrowing his eyes as if he were really upset before suddenly laughing. "Ah I just kid. Good match bud."

Danny gave a small whoop of excitement as Sammy's bot completely missed her own. It was agile, yay! Danny was proud of her little bot. Maybe she could ask Christof to keep it?

She didn't really know what to do after that. Luckily, it seemed Sammy was ready to teach. "Go bot thingy! Uhm ... lift that bot! ... Again!" she mimicked, though not as confidently as Sammy had. This was weird. Could the bot really understand them?

It must be able to, otherwise why would they shout commands? Danny nodded her satisfaction. The bot did exactly what she said too- as soon as she was done with her little mini pep talk, the bot picked up Sammy's and dropped it again. It still didn't seem like it was doing much. Still, it was pretty reliable right?

Oh, Jack...! All the ball-bot had to do was land one more hard smack and its opponent, the mysterious CT, would be obliterated. Considering the damage that had been done to it, this would be one hell of a feat either way.

"Come on! Get him!"

The hit landed. CT was rendered useless. Taryn thrust both fists into the air.

"YES!"

...oop. She curled back into herself, terrible embarrassed.

Again!?

Hel scowled once more as her robot was rammed, the clashing sound accompanied by the sound of clink clink clink as more bolts and nuts fell off of hers. “You’re nothing of mine if you keep failing like this!” She snapped at her creation in the heat of the battle. This seemed to motivate it somewhat, as it charged towards Bea’s creation with intent and actually used the spatula arm this time to flip it!

The reaper went from scowling to cheering, leaping up into the air. “Yes!” She cried out. “That’s what I want to see, friend!”

Indeed her tiny bot fizzled at the last gonk from Willow's robot. The tatzel took it well, however, knowing that wiring and bits within machinery really weren't her strong points. It was her reason for taking the course, after all. Now that she had some understanding of just where she stood in the matter of mechanics, well-

Ain't no shame in loosen' ta yer gizmo, Willow. Played 'a fine battle that n' came out strong! She actually flexed am arm while saying the last part, a slightly pouty face set jokingly on Willow. Now giving a toothy smile, the ghouls long white tail swayed and curled when she scooped up her smashed bot, stood and leaned forward to shake Willow's hand. Ya did 'a fine job, really. Built that pretty good fer fighting'!

The tatzel then noticed Xiu waving her over, and Levi bowed her head in a sort of thank you to the tiger ghoul. Thanks fer tha fight, Willow! She waved before trotting off to meet with the baku and demoness.

How did it go? Levi gave a chuckle before lifting her robot in front of her. Not so well. Willow'd built 'er thingard 'lot stronger than mine, looks like. Outside looked okay, but- them wires n' things... It was going to be a work in progress- building up her building skills.

Looking from one to the other, Levi had to ask. Hows 'bout you two?

Smash!

"WHAT!?" Bea yelled at the surprising attack from the flipper, "How did--- UUUUGH!" She began stomping her foot on the ground over and over again. By the time she looked up again to see her robot attempt an attack, the dumb thing was just ramming at air! "In front of you! You stupid robot!"

Flustered and confused, she huffed a stray hair out of her face and gave a glare at the other ghoul. "Nicely played, ghoul!" she said with an unpleasant smirk on her face.
