[ORP] Blooms of Spring; To Celebrate New Beginings (NIGHT)

Sera huffed again, obviously not at all convinced that she would ever get that wrapped up in training - especially so much so that she would neglect to text her best friend. Rosie's encouragement, however, pulled back some of her prior hesitance and uncertainty, and she looked away again in faux indignance, "Well of course I will."

Luke's words confused her though, considering he was the one who had encouraged her to try and work on training her own team better, and the confusion showed in the expression she turned to him. "You're a trainer," she said, brows raised a bit, her tone a little bewildered but generally positive. Though, on second thought, she honestly had no idea when the last time he trained was.

The gray haired women tilted her chin to the side slightly, regarding Luke with a quiet look before she nodded "Very good then." She commented, her eyes glancing toward Sera at her added comment. hm... interesting.
"Well, Luke, I look forward to traveling with you tomorrow. Sera and Yuri don't SHUT UP about you." She laughed, though it was clear she was teasing.
shooting a grin at Sera, Ray decided that now it was a good time to take her leave before the pink flamingo started squawking again.

"Happy training Rosie." Ray told the blond with a wink. before advancing toward the snake waiting for her in the sand.
"Ahhhh Double Stripe its FREEZING!"
the snake rolled his head and gave her an exasperated look that she just laughed at.

He wasn't about to argue against Seraphine's correction, but his shrug neither confirmed nor denied it. He hadn't trained in a long time, and even when he had, he hadn't been very serious about finding ways to improve. Maybe he just wasn't interpreting the concept of a trainer properly.

Ray's comment surprised him, and he somehow managed to overlook the teasing quality enough to dwell on reasons that would make him such a popular topic of conversation. There were… a lot, most of them not really positive. He fidgeted uncomfortably at the thought, eyes lingering on the sand.

Her friend's confidence delighted her, She couldn't wait to see how this would help Sera and her pokemon.

The exchange Ray had with Luke, leading to the tall women taking her leave, Rosie waving a hand "Thank you~ have a safe trip tomorrow." She told the women before she had started her way up the beach toward the city.

Lowering her hand she looked back to her two friends.
Though she kept smiling there was a kind of heaviness starting to form in her chest.
She wasn't sure why, there had been many times when they went on their own ways for training and travel, why would not be any different then the times before? Heck Rosie had a trip of her own pretty soon, nothing new.

"Aahhh, I am so glad we got to hang out all day." Rosie signed, reaching down to pick up a few things from the sand, including a small bag.
Slinging it over her shoulders she stepped up over toward her two best friends, glancing around the beach to make sure all her pokemon were accounted fore, before she started returning them to their Pokeballs, Leaving only Pop out who still seemed to be glaring off at the sand.
"And I'm really glad that you got to come back for the day." Rosie said, turning to Luke as she stepped up next to Sera, "wouldn't have been the same without you here too,"

The brunette gave Ray a confused, incredulous look. "I only mentioned him once!" Obviously this crazy chick needed her head checked for more reasons than one, if she was thinking Sera talked about Luke all the time when that clearly was not actually a thing.

Suddenly she became acutely aware of the fact they were all standing and she was not, and rather than continue to sit there and be terribly short, she pushed herself to stand and dusted the sand off her outfit... And thereafter only felt relatively short. Not much of an improvement, in all honesty, but better than nothing, she supposed...

When Rosie started returning her Pokemon, Sera did the same with Tact and Luna, though she still didn't have Isabella's and Jacques's balls to do the same to them, so they remained out, the former standing and ready to follow and the latter still flopped in the sand. "Yeah," Sera agreed, her mood brightening a bit now that Ray had left. "It was pretty cool this year," she supposed, "and awesome that we could all hang out."

Luke's words had apparently vanished from him once more, as they did from time to time, and he responded to Rosie's and Seraphine's words with a quiet nod. Camphoreon's celebration of the season was always generally nice to be around for, but this year had been especially grandiose. They'd set the bar pretty high for years to come.

"I don't think I'll get to see Yuri tomorrow, would you please tell him that I said thank you?"
He had kept his promise and came back to the city with Luke, despite being in the middle of a trip around Kodo, she imagined that might have been a little out of the way for them.

Luke had fallen quiet again, something that had been a common thing to happen since he had found out about Asch, She couldn't always pick up on what would cause it and why, but she had a feeling that the evening and its events probably started to drag on. The atmosphere had become somewhat strained.
"Well, want to walk back together?" She offered, still just not wanting to leave her friends, just yet.

"Dove? Do you want us to walk you home? Or did you want to stay at the celebrations more?" Leaning to the side a little so that she could look over at the brunette. She didn't like the idea of leaving her here alone on the beach, in the middle of the city.

As the others interacted, Dove stayed quiet, away from them, reflecting on everything that had passed. When Rosie spoke to her, however, she looked up and over to the group, shaking her head, though she offered a weak smile.

"Thank you, but... I've got to stick around anyway," she told her, before looking to the others, noting how quiet Luke had become. "Your trip.... Stay safe you guys," she added, glancing between Luke and Sera--though her eyes fell almost immediately after back to the first of the two. "..and I really hope you enjoy it."

"Thank him for what?" Sera asked as she turned a bewildered look to her friend. Seriously, what did she want to thank him for?

Mention of walking home together sounded acceptable until Rosie invited Dove, but the latter politely declined - which Sera was immediately relieved about - so she merely nodded and made motions towards encouraging her best friends to leave. "Yeah, we should all walk back together." Even if she would be walking with Luke tomorrow, she knew Rosie would not be with them, and spending at least a little more time with her best friend was very preferable to separating on the spot.

At the fringe of the group, just barely within the blue glow of the fire light, one might notice a strange pair of wide eyes.

Staring at them creepily.

The rotund form of a creature resembling a moon stood there.

Watching.

An odd grin plastered on its... "face".

While the kids might not have noticed it right away, an already agitated brown and pink rabbit certainly did.
Her eyes widened in surprise at the sight of the grotesque creature, but they shortly after narrowed angrily.

WHAT was that thing and why was it looking at the kids.
Pop growned pulling her fists up to her sides crouching to the ground and with a powerful bound, leaped forward toward the strange pokemon, thrusting her fist out

The moon creature's eyes widened even further when Pop came at him. "PUUUUFF!" it bellowed as it was hit, sending the strange thing rolling. Was it even a Pokemon?

It stopped with its face in the sand and just lay there for several moments.

Dove took a step back carefully, her eyes now on the two pokemon, but more specifically, the Lopunny as it knocked the other into the sand.

The pokemon from the Christmas party? What was it doing here? ....and why did she find it only half as terrifying as Rosie's Lopunny?

[Beach Ball]

Pop jerked herself up right, pulling her first back and glaring at the beach ball of a pokemon now laying face down in the sand.
She snapped before then turning back to the trainers, tossing her ears over her shoulder as she walked over to her pink trainer.

He nodded again at Rosie's request, mentally seconding Seraphine's inquiry after clarification - though perhaps not as bitingly. At her suggestion, however, he produced a brief verbal response alongside a second nod, "Sure." His thoughts ran similar to Sera's; though they'd travel together for a while, Rosie wouldn't accompany them at all. It seemed silly to forgo the opportunity to stay with her a little while longer.

He answered Dove with an expression that was quiet and reassuring, a silent encouragement to keep her spirits up. "Thanks."

Off to the side, Rosie's Lopunny was apparently expending some aggression against some kind of sadly discarded beach ball. He felt kind of sorry for said beach ball.
