Adrian got off his bike and said "ok." then he walked in said hi to his parents. he walked into his room changed into his mma shorts and went to the basement. when he got down there he wrapped his hands and feet like he was a real cage fighter and he started hitting and kicking the punching bag

Adrian was still going at it going from one fighting style to the next on the punching bag. he started singing this song dye for you by the band OTHERWISE

Adrian stopped pulled back his fist and then said didn't even know alyssa was there "i will do any thing for her and thats why i plan on asking her to marry me and with all my strength in my body i will protect her and treat he right." with what he said when his fist bade contact with the punching bag it swung it broke from the chains and hit the wall breaking and the sand came out he was drenched in sweat and he was breathing heavy and he said "if i can't live up to that promise then i am not a man anymore." he stood up and took his head phones out

Adrian turned around and smiled and said "yeah i keep training everyday every morning every night. take a week break today is to train once again." he took the drink and the towel and said "thank you babe." he drank some of the drink then he wiped himself down

Adrian smiled and said "ok." then he went back to training

Adrian said "love you too." adrians mom said "yeah peel and cut the carrots and potatoes please. its funny ever since adrian took up cooking i never had to cook. we knew he was special when we adopted him he had a rough life when we got him he lashed out at frank his dad but frank only laid his hand on him once and he said boy you need structure. then the rest was history turns out adrian is a prodigy in everything he does."
