Sure, Maya can evolve. I don't have the orange sprite though. I don't know how eevees evolve into glaceon or leafeon.

1. No, you get XP by training in areas.

2. You go to the Poke mall, and just state your buying something with PP.

3. You have unlimited Regular pokeballs.
3B. At lv 16. Pm a mod for the stats when he reaches that lv.
