Oh, that's nowhere near half my characters. XD Just the ones I wanted to bring (well, Kimiko's kind of a package deal with Titus - she's mainly just along for the ride).

Rather, Titus doesn't really trust Kimiko to be all by herself in a public area. XD It'd be worse for him if he didn't bring her along.

I am pretty sure that a fight between Kimiko and Kiki-Jiki would last as long as it took for Titus to jump in.

so how would an auto-skill work when the preemptive strike was against you? is it when the first of your turns or the second?

In case you've forgotten, she's an immortal assassin who never misses and gets stronger the longer she fights. XD I doubt Titus would need to jump in and help her.
