And you can send whoever you want... but as mentioned in the explanatory post, this is going to be pretty rough on anyone below Tier 4 or so. XD; So they (like Yuzu) can go, but I wouldn't put them on the front lines or anything...

I have pokemon x myself. Didn't sleep till I beat the Elite 4 too
I started it over, cause no one wanted to fight the guy with all 70s, when they were 30 at best.
And pleasant dreams when you do go to sleep~ ^^

No, no, see, that's when you catch/raise some lower level ones to fight them with. ^^ No starting over needed.

@Rednal: that's the problem. They made the EXP share too good.
All of your pokemon get a sizable portion of the Exp.
Main poke: 100% [or 150, not sure]
Everyone else: 50% of what the main got.
[Not even like Main->1000, Others 200 each]
It's [main->1000, Others 500 Each]
It's INSANE.
And with getting exp for Captures now....
