I thought the RPR always was (well, since Gaia came up with that feature after the downtime update so long ago). You can always see it in the guild listings (Page 6), but you can't actually see inside the guild unless you're a member of it.

I'll gladly join it when it's done...I really liked the last Bleach RP I was in, with Talon-san! It all depends which angle you're coming from. I mean if it's based on Soul Society and not the actual manga/anime, then there's so much more you could do with it... whee

It's going to be based around Soul Society, yes. Around the Academy and Seireitei, more specifically.
@Suimitsu: I listen nearly all kinds of music. Except mexican mariachi and cowboy country, the really bad kind. I'm a volunteer DJ at our college radio station so . . . I pretty much like most things, as long as it sounds good.
