Yeah.. accidental (multiple)termination(s) of a emergence phone call/ huge misunderstanding.. the police is rather good at making mistakes -__- so i wound up in jail for for awhile got some probation and had some hefty court fees.. oh and i still have a fine to pay... i had a shitty public defender -__-
How did all of this happen?
I took the phone from an insane person who was calling the police for imaginary reasons so i could do two things.. scream for help because said crazy person was trying to kill me for the soul reason of myself forgetting to wash a cutting board that i didn't see... and 2 to try my damnedest to explain what the hell was going on.. upon taking said phone i accidentally slid it shut.. which terminated the call.. the other terminated calls was said crazy person hanging up when ever they called back..
i was also charged with two other things that a plea deal canceled out (they were false as well) .. however i still didn't like saying i knowingly and intentionally terminated 911 calls when i did not D:
