The only band I can think of right now that's anywhere close to techno is Helltrash...and they ain't even fully techno. They combine it with industrial and some up-tuned version of death or nu metal guitar styles, with Marilyn Manson-esque vocals.

@Anna: I'm not even sure if the guitaring IS Death or Nu metal. I know it's some kind of heavy rock/metal guitaring, but I can't seem to tell exactly what style it is. That's never happened to me before! xd
