From one of the comments on one of the articles: "In Melbourne, Australia, there was a serial pooper, except he was doing it off the top of buildings. No kidding, people were advised to use umbrellas while walking through town until the guy was caught. This was back around the late 80s, early 90s, I forget which now, but I remember the news reports"
