Most people like it. XD Though it's not the most powerful spell in the series... it's pretty darn close. Even counting special skills.

Probably Armageddon. rofl It kills everything except the Ultimate Boss in one hit. The description might as well be "You win".

Outside of that, um...
Trimurti kills all foes AND restores all HP, but it drops your SP down to 0. If you have Victory Cry, or something similar, that becomes a non-issue. XD
Demi-Fiend (Boss Mode) has Gaea Rage in DDS1, which can do as much as five digits of damage when you're capped to three for your health. It isn't technically an "instant win", but if you don't know exactly how to survive it, then it might as well be.

She's not a canon character. Mind you, that wouldn't stop me from jumping on a game where you could play as her... XD
I would like to at least RP Kisa's story. rofl Increase her power level and make her into a true legend!
