You release clay from the mouths each time you hit. So you seal off there chakra points then detonate the clay to completely damaging the chakra points whick makes them unable to even use chakra till a medical ninja can heal it. So there pretty much sitting ducks.
Edit: Something I always wanted to do with my character, but he not the type to hunt down people for power, so he never has

If your not no chance Aww, well a Hyuuga should get chakra mouths then, that would pretty much kill a Ninjutsu user.
