I dunno. Lots of other spells do, though.
Worst comes to worst, I could make a spell that does that. XD Tabletop games are fairly open about what you can do as long as they have a reasonable limit and power level.

I always played with the idea of a character who's magical powers manifested as (mostly) destructive dubstep. XD
