I wanted pickled snap peas, but I don't think my mom could find any... *pouts* I got... two new scarves, a hat, 'Jam Sessions: Sing and Play Guitar' for the DS, A bag for bathroom stuff for traveling... uhhh... A shiny pocketwatch, an inking set with grayscale shades for my art... a new sketchbook, a Bleach manga, and a Creepling by the name of Devlin. Anndd... I got $20 from my grandparents. That was my Christmas/early Christmas, since we did things early so we could do them with my sis before she had to go to her moms, last night.

Nothing strange, but I got a boatload of anime: Outlaw Star, Grenadier, the Slayers, Haruhi, Moon Phase. A couple of CDs: Richard Thompson and Polysics. Oh, and Guild Wars: Eye of the North.
It's gonna take me a loooong time to get through all that anime. sweatdrop

o.o I wanna borrow your Polysics CD!
I'm contemplating on what I should spend my $20 on... my step-dad can get us about any anime we want (if we don't already own it, as the pantry is full of anime DVD's and videos), and music. I was thinking about just working on my manga collection. I love being able to read them online, but I also love being able to read them at school, and such...

I'm rather partial to the exploding blue danube, and How Not To Be Seen.

I got about $100+, but all of that is going to the upcoming January con, AnimeLA.
I got an iPod shuffle, a couple clothes, and some random games.

Hn... that's right.... Phoenix Cactus ComiCon is coming up sometime in January. I should save up money for all the stuff i'll wanna buy there. I'm going to be a volunteer, so I'll be getting enough hours in that it will pay for my entrance fee...

Amongst the gifts of this year was a surprise . . . a Gaia Cash card! I didn't ever expect my ladylove to get me that! Hence, I went on a bit of a spend in the cash shop for the new duds- and a few items I think might skyrocket soon.

I'm one of the few that doesn't celebrate Christmas. My family does; however, I do not. In essence I bought one Christmas gift, and that was bringing Rose out here to Chicago to be with family, so they could spoil her with Christmas. xd That doesn't stop me from wishing everyone else a Merry Christmas though. surprised I'm glad everyone seems content with their holiday spoils. 3nodding Next stop - New Years. cool

I'll probably be sitting at home, doing nothing, on New Years. The only difference it really brings me is that after midnight, I have to start writing a new year on school papers v_v;
man.... I never thought Ergo Proxy could be so confusing. I mean, it was only a few episodes, but, still! Regardless, it's turning out to be a very good Anime, and I recommend it.

After watching Grenadier from start to finish, I have fallen in love with another female lead. Rushuna Tendo is freakin' awesome! And no, not just because of her incredible bosoms (though it doesn't hurt wink ). She's so sweet, and her ultimate battle strategy is quite impressive. After all, Rushuna-chan's bosoms seem rather comforting.
Actually, she is quite the motherly figure. She always puts others first, and cares deeply for them.
Also, Wendee Lee, in my opinion, is the queen of voice actresses. <3
