[ They should be giving them out at the DC, as well as (I assume from the announcement) during the event. The announcement says you can get plenty during the event, so that really implies they will be giving them out then.

So just wait. The only real reason to get them in advance is if you want to sell them for a ton to the other people who can't wait. ^^; ]

Thankfully for me, none of my friends have gaia accounts so I'm inviting them now.
But it is pretty unfair for some people. Hopefully they'll release other ways to get balloons. 3nodding

It's no big deal: you get 30 a day until the event begins and then you get them during the event. My guess is they will be bought in stores for cheap like the Zurg and Red Bino energy drinks.
