x3 thisismysn x3 Norayr Ah, I see. Glad to know that someone doesn't think it's wrong to greet with a kiss. It's what I've done growing up anyway... except with my American friends that no nothing about this friendly greeting.
I get a bit uncomfortable when I Don't greet people with a kiss xD~
In Brazil is pretty common, it just depends on the area, like, some places you greet people with a kiss in each cheek, and in others only one (And because of that I've been kissing air since I moved from the northeast to the center xD~). when I greet people without a kiss, it just feels weird o.o
As for learning other languages, I find very easy to learn new languages, I'm just lazy to do it, and I never make up my mind on which language I want to learn first, like, I want to learn: Russian, Italian, French, Japanese, German, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, and so on sweatdrop

x3 thisismysn x3 Norayr Speaking of "Help Timsn with her Spanish homework" thread, we need a "Help Nor with his Italian homework thread!" xD I took some Spanish for a year when I was in my "freshmeat" year of high school. I got an A, but man... I practically forgot everything, though I might let out a couple words or a short, easy sentence here and there every once in a while.
I also can't pronounce anything.
Hmm. My Spanish teacher called all Americans dirty minded perverts the other day though. xd [/random]

I've just began to learn Spanish. I actually wanted to learn French, but my parents didn't like the idea.

I've always found learning new languages easy. Teach me the words, and how to do it and I can do it. Now asking me to do things like verb conjugations and doing stuff like that is insane to me, I can't even do it in English despite me being called a genius. Just teach me to do it, and I'll do it. I always say you gotta go to the country and learn the language.
I find that kissing in greeting is no problem, I do that with all my Spanish speaking friends, we kiss on one side of the cheek. Now my Arabic speaking friends and family we all end up kissing on each side of the cheek which doesn't bother me at all, its fun to embrace other cultures. But yeah, learning languages is not hard lol, just the whole in betweens and the little things. Hell if I can learn English and Spanish fluently, and can speak some Arabic with German than you can to lol.

Im in my fourth year of spanish and i would like to say that im pretty good at it... But i think i forgot at least 2 tenses over the summer plus some vocab. So to complicate this, i started taking chinese too this year. If i ever learn any words, not sounds in chinese ill probably end up mixing them up....
Plus... If i greeted some of my friends by kissing their cheek theyd freak. stressed Probably the same if i hugged them, too. Others, no problem for hugging; i dont know about kissing though....
