Shaka-FireFly Superior Jazz Canada's looking a lot better now, ain't it? I told you so. To me, Sweden and New Zealand look to be the better of all places for an atheist to go. smile
Seems to me that Britain doesn't care much about the politics of religion, either.

Meirelle Tenth Speed Writer Hmm.. It's not as depressing as you make it out to be, Koravin. If there's some horrible turn this country takes, it likely won't be the fault of the Christian conservatives. My money is on the world rallying around another radical, far-leftist movement that nobody can spot in time. We've seen the same thing in Fascism, Communism, and Nazism. Keep your eyes open. The powers of human foolishness don't ally themselves with traditionalists alone. Fascism and Nazism are far-leftist movements?
In a way. Honestly, it's hard to put them into that spectrum.
It was such in breaking from the traditional views of the nations they came from, promoting radical changes, and {claiming} to promote socialism and wellbeing for everyone. At the same time, though, you could call them on being from just the opposite based on their true intentions and goals.
But that's exactly what I'm saying. The way to take over a country's mind is to come in from the left, not the right. People have a bad habit of rejecting an ideology that they've seen before in favor of something with promises heaven-high that don't have an ounce of proof as to their feasibility.
