Find a hobby. Get something to keep you occupied. Seriously, it helps, and it makes a wonderful distraction. Hell, make your own clothes. Takes a little money for fabric, but even sewing it by hand is wonderful.
Not to mention you benefit from it, and it will keep you busy.

that would be cool to make some clothes but i have no idea how to sew,plus i do need money,ya i wish i could find a good one sooner or later ill find one
