I used to actively play WoW, and I decided one day to make an alt and start pm'ing one of the younger guys in guild pretending to be a perv. I eventually got him to invite me into the ventrilo server that our guild used (voice over ip program) and used this creepy/ mentally challenged voice. Hahaha.. he was so scared and when they realized who I was they freaked out. It was pretty funny. So climbs my dream.

I tend to remember people by their avi's, so people would have to over haul their avi, or their avi's style. And the way they type, like the post format and capitalization/punctuation.

I almost jacked an account on Gaia. I walked into one of those snow bubble/tapioca/boba cafe's with the free internet service. I ordered, sat down at one of the computers. Typed Gaia into the address. Bam. Ho s**t. Somebody forgot to log out and kill their history. Looked pretty rich too. I was so tempted to jack that account and steal everything. But then I decided against it. The mods are smart and would track the trades and items that were sent out. They'd trace it to me, and I'd get boned. Plus I also had been on the recieving end of a hack. It don't feel good. Being a good person, I logged off and erased their history for them.
I also one time hacked my best bud's Gaia account. He made the mistake of telling me his Maplestory password and username, which also happened to be the same thing for his Gaia account. I went to the forums and started typing in all txt talk. I got a lot of negative feedback from other users. I wanted to jack his Dark Cape and his MC's too, but knowing him, he'd probably kick my a** at school. Decided against it. I told him the next day and HE WAS PISSED. Changed his password and his username. I lol'd. It was fun to hack an account for once.

I remember in the 6th grade, I'd do all sorts of WEIRD s**t on people. well, on aim, I remember I pretended to be my "friend"'s old classmate and I made my cousin send the friend very pornographic pics @_____@; somehow he got ahold of my cousin's AIM and like hacked it or something? then the friend told on me the next day at school XD then I got in trouble. O:

LOLL!! funnnyyy although, i find it pretty strange you won't steal things from a stranger's account, but you would from a friend XPPPP but, weirdly, i am kiiiinda similar D: when I was, like, in the 2nd grade, I went to the library and went online to Neopets. D: but the last person who went on didn't sign off. so i was like OMGOGMGOMGO and checked the inventory, which had SO MUCH CODESTONES. I checked out the bank, with over 1 MILLION GOLD. oh crap, gold?! AHAHAH rofl , I mean neopoints. i think that's what the currency is called... sweatdrop but i didn't do it either! i mean hack them or steal their crap XPPP out of guilt, i just signed off and logged into my account. but my sister and her best friend used to REAAALLLY be into Neopets back in the day. her best friend told my sister her account and password, who then told me the account and password. eagerly, i took 100k Neopoints and a heaping amount of PetPets and other shiz... the thing was, she had about 400k NP and SO MUCH ITEMS so it would've been hard for her to realize the stuff was gone... however, THE SAME EXACT NEXT DAY someone had hacked her account AND TOOK EVERYTHING. i remember the day she was crying on the phone to my sister, who didn't know anything about my adventure XP i was pretty mad though, but not at the hacker, more at myself: "UGGGGH why didn't i take all her s**t when i had the chance?!?! DAAAMMIT" :XP: thank god they don't play anymore!

&&&&My friend actually did something like that in the 7th grade during summer vacation.
She pretended she was a boy in my class (whom she actually liked at the time), and IM'ed me on an account claiming that he wanted to go out with me. I freaked out on him (her), and afterwards felt really bad...until she told me it was her after like a week or so after.

D: but somehow, it feels as if I went through what you went through... that sucks so much though T____T thank god you didn't give your hopes up or anything! or i hope you didn't D; ugggh it does remind me of a time a few years ago; me and my friends would sometimes exchange passwords. I exchanged my AIM pw with my friend, and she'd sign on my SN. which was cool, since I didn't mind. but once, she signed on, and another one of my close friends IMed me... which kinda sucked, worst time man! the IM said something along the lines of "will you go out with me?", and since my friend was on it... she IMed him back saying, "you seem like you really wanna go out with me" and then signed off @____@;;;; although my friend did tell me she signed on my SN, the thing was, I had NO CLUE what the hell happened.... until like a few days later. I signed onto aim at this one college's library, since i didn't have internet (it was summer vaycay)... and the guy friend IMed me again. we had a casual, normal fun conversation.. until he said, "remember that time i asked you out?? i was jk".. at first I was like WWAAAAIIT WTHHH IS HE TALKING ABOUT. I IMed my friend, asking "heyy did anyone IM me when you signed on???" and she replied something like, "yea *insert his name* did, he asked if you wanted to go out with him." and then I replied, "O___O what did you say?!" and then she told me what she said/did (recap, he seemed like he wanted to go out with me.. signed off..)... which kinda made me upset.... because she didn't even tell me what happened, like she could've called me up or something... even if it were a joke or not, I was a very close friend to him and would've responded with some respect. after learning the information, I tried telling him the whole scenario.. but he wouldn't believe me at alll. then he got all weird, and we didn't really talk that much after that.. I wasn't mad at my friend..., just very very VERRRYYY disappointed, because she didn't tell me the whole case AND responded to him as if she were me (although, I remember she asked me if she could respond to people that IMed me, and I said yes... and I know my friend listens VERY WELL to details likeso)... I wish I gave him an answer, but it's quite the shame me and him have departed.
(and if somehow this is the chance my friend is reading this.. i'm sorry if i got any details wrong... i don't remember much about back then, but i do remember the shitty feeling I felt....)
