It really kinda is, but hey, it truly helps. The vinegar kills the bacteria and whatnot in your throat.

[Frankly, it`s better with Apple Cider Vinegar than any other kind.]

Aah. I remember one of my friends was telling me about drinking that.
Apparently it helps with your immune system or something too.


Over the past two days I've had about two gallons of peach tea. >.<;

I`ve got some kind of minor soar throat|strep type thing right now, but I`m not taking anything `coz I`m skerred that it will have adverse effects on Rheyn.

Lawl, I`m sticking to plenty of OJ and vinegar.

Vinegar is the best thing evar for helping with soar throats. SRSLY.
Add 50% honey, mix and drink a couple spoonfuls.

soar throat from sinus drainage? a Neti Pot is better IMO.

it's like a little tea pot you put warm salty water in, and pour it into your nose. it cleanses EVERYTHING, purging your sinuses and throat. Done wonders for me.

I've never had the flu. Never gotten the flu shot either. Everyone tells me that the flu is awful though.

I don`t do things in my nose. Ever!
Even when I completely can`t breathe and my head feels like it`s gonna blow up, I will not use the nose sprays. They always drain into my throat and make it even more soar. [/nassssty]
I gagged for about ten minutes the last time I was at the ocean and got the water in my nose. It was disgusting.

@TIM - Ya, I think it helps with that too. And peach tea?
I only ever drink green tea, or peppermint tea. And on occasion, spearmint tea.
