it is sad. you're right. it's sad because i know she doesn't know what she's saying; i know she doesn't care, and i know that if i respond to her...she will only hurt me. i want to say something. i want my friend back, but she's not my friend.

it's hard to remember those things when i miss her, too.

I agree with nova you should ask for your "friend" back. I quote emphasis on friend meaning back the way things were before she lied. Other than that, loved the poem.

"You are not her. I miss her. Not you. I wish you would quit haunting me."

then i deleted and blocked her from everything online. it feels a little wrong to decide such a thing with the toss of a coin, but honestly...i couldn't otherwise. btw: "it" refers to her comment.

i think that's true, though, Tak. but that is also precisely why it haunted me. no words at all for over a month, and suddenly she sends this tiny phrase in a language she knows i don't understand. it's not the meaning that makes any difference. that's why i said it didn't matter what it meant because i didn't know. it's just a haunting.
