The Ashura Clan:
Members of this clan left their home years ago in order to find peace. Before their final arrival they were split up.Only two of them have surfaced so far. No one knows where they came from exactly but are sticten by thier chakra controling abilities. Few who have seen them have lived to talk about them.

Abilities: People of this clan have unique chakra control abilities given to them at birth. One form of this is a tiajutsu technique that allows the user to control the wind around there body, using it to slice through anything or anybody. In the advanced form when the wind makes contact with a human it cuts off a chunk of skin filling their body with Ice and leaving the enemy with the feeling of bitter coldness until they eventually they freeze to death and die. Only one man can reach that state of control (Ryuuga) for there can only be one grandmaster.

Jutsu: "Ninja Art: Petals Of The Rose."
Information: Petals of the Rose is a Kekkai Genkai of the clan Rikitekato. However only a true blooded Rikitekato is able to even attempt the Jutsu because of the fact that it puts a incredible amount of strain on the body of the user. Being the last remaining Rikitekato, Hidan Rikitekato is the only one capable of using it to it's fullest power. The Jutsu when used causes everything within a five foot radius around the user to dematerialize, then it re materializes. After it rematerializes the objects look at a Rose petal. They are only 1/60th of a inch thick and two inches long. The material itself is harder then even then strongest diamond. The user is able of controlling the petals using only his mind, but for quicker movement her can use his hand; for the fastest the user uses both his arms. The petals if they hit human flash are capable of slicing right through, like a knife cutting butter so to speak. The color of the petals really depend on the user's current mood. Most commonly though they are Blue. The petals can also be used to create a armor around the users body, this gives them a strong defensive strength combined with they're attack strength.
Background of Jutsu: The Jutsu was created by Hidan's father a week prior to handing Hidan the Katana called "Hidama", this in turn took over Hidan and had him slaughter his entire clan except for his two sisters. Filled with grief Hidan took three years training to learn and master this Jutsu. The road was difficult since his father was the only one who knew it and was now dead. After mastering the Jutsu Hidan found a new village to the far north called Kudo Village. After years of being in the village's ANBU ranks he was moved up to ANBU Captain. Where he currently is today. He seldom uses the Jutsu unless a situation calls for it.

It's a Weird Bloodline that has yet to be studied. people Born of this dōjutsu are off springs of Sharigan and Origami no Dara users. The powers that this Bloodline have yet to be discovered it's only know tht they have a small amount of Telekinesis. The Scar Clan has bein Created for the users of this dōjutsu.

Rules:
1.If you activate the eyes you can only use it for 30 post

2.After using of this dōjutsu you go blind for 15 post.(even after the battle is over.

3.you can't form any paper weapons like the origami no dara

A genjutsu where the user makes eye contact with there opponent. once done the user sends the opponents mind to another relm where theres stuck in an endless ocean while Tidal waves and Hurricanes are every where throwing and making them slowly drown. if the opponent gets water in there lungs in this genjutsu they really get it in there Physical. form. this move only last 3 post.

Stage 2

Movement Perfection Eye

This Stage of the Movement Wheel eye is Rarely reached. It is said that there's only Three users of the dōjutsu.

Rules:
1.Can't reach this stage unless you have defeated one Sharigan and one Origami no dara user. after that you must have a dramatic thing happen in your life.
Ex:Family member or Best friend dies.

2.Can use Origami's no dara power but only a few of them.

3.can follow any movement your opponent makes

4. you can't make you body into paper.(no unlimited amount of paper only enough for 10 post)

5.only works for 15 post then turns back to Stage 1 with only 10 post left

Gin-ninnin Bloodline

History: Little is known about the bloodline. It is said that one child every ten years would have been born within The Rock Country or Lightning Country with the unique ability to create silver and morph ordinary rocks into silver. It had been so long since a person has appeared with the bloodline that it was thought to be gone and information on them sits in the libraries, gaining dust.

Info: Its harder to tell if one has the bloodline other than facing them in combat, Gin-ninnin users have a hint of silver in there chakra when chakra is called forth, the Jutsu and Chakra needed for it the more silver color would appear. Later stages of development would cause silver dust to be left behind places that the person had been, maybe the silver being in the blood system.

Rare Traits: All of the Gin-Ninnin users were known to easily be able to release Earth and Lightning elements at an academy age. Also anyone with the bloodline took a strange dislike for people who have the bloodline Tetsubun Kuruma (Iron wheel), the reason being unsure.



Eyes
One reason the bloodline is so rare was that if one didnt get the eyes of this bloodline before a certain age the silver within there system would cause them to die. It was unknown what age that was as for only two people have been known by any Village Kage's to have had the bloodline, though those two told that there were alot of them. Once again it was unsure if that was fact.

1. First eye: Gin-kaihou
People with the bloodline who made it to the eyes were known to now be able to use there silver control and the different odd moves that came with it.
2. Second Eye: Gin-henkou
Users with these eyes were now able to morph ordinary stone into silver, except for iron. It also released special moves to them. This morphing last as long as the user has control over its chakra or it releases it. They dont normally last silver for more than a week.
To gain: User must have done something that cause all of there chakra to change into a silver color.
3. Third eye: Gin-myou
The last known stage of the Gin-ninnin Bloodline eyes. By now the user leave shadows of itself that appear as silver instead of dark shadows. The user looks blind but can see, the eyes dont give them special ability to see people's movement or anything but gives them access over silver they didnt have before including silver-using Jutsus.
To gain: The user must now have killed someone using there silver Jutsus and then extracted the silver from there body. Most of there blood is now silvery as well as if it was sand.

Soldelune Bloodline

A rapidly growing clan whose home (Lunei-Solarigakure) can be found not too far from the outskirts of Iwagakure (some clan members live withing Iwagakure itself). For decades the people of the Soldelune had been honing their skills and jutsu. Until one day in a dark December when the sun was just disappearing behind the hills, a young Chuunin managed to achieve perfection. The ability to absorb the energy emitted from both the sun and the moon through your skin and channel it through ones Chakra. After that day, the ability was passed down from one generation to the next.

Different Jutsus

As it was inherited it took on many forms when it manifested within an inheritor.

Solar Haze/Lunar Haze

Some clan members could use the bloodline to blind a foe with both solar light and lunar light. The light could be emitted from any point on their body or from directly in front of the targets eyes. The light shines forth so quickly that no foe can close their eyes in time to stop it. This is the most commonly inherited Jutsu.

Solar Dash

The ability to absorb energy from the sun and channel it through the muscles in ones body in order to energize the entire body enabling double and sometimes triple the usual maximum movement speed. Overuse can result in limbs feeling heavy and sore.

Lunar Veil

When absorbing the Moons energy, a clan member can use it to render themselves almost 100% invisible. HOWEVER, the user must remove all clothing in order to use this technique as the bloodline only works within the actual body not the persons clothing. So it must be used with risk of embarrassment. Overuse can result in the skin feeling sore and sometimes becomes irritated.

Solari Ultimatim

The Ultimate Solar Jutsu. The user absorbs an incredible amount of solar energy into their brain, enhancing their brains thought patterns to an almost superhuman speed. Thus enabling the user to predict the opponents next move. This works 99.5% of the time...but remember...theres always that 0.5%.

Lunari Decimatus

The Ultimate Lunar Jutsu. When absorbing lunar energy, a person can sometimes take on an almost BEAST like persona. A clan member uses this Jutsu at their own risk and are taught from an early age to use it only in times of great need. The user absorbs an incredible amount of lunar energy into their body and circulates it around all of their organs, muscles, bones and veins. This increases their endurance, strength, speed and reaction rate. The downside of this jutsu is that the user becomes feral. They are unable to control their actions and will attack anyone who interferes with their battle. This is best used when not in the vicinity of allies.

Distinguishing Features



Both Male and Female members of the clan have naturally dark skin (reflecting the night/moon). Yellow/Orange eyes that mark them as different to all other clans. Mainly clan members will have Purple, Black, Dark Brown, White or Grey hair, it is mostly unruly due to long days spent basking in the sun and cold nights in the moon light.

The Chiru clan has three divisions. The highest division is the leading branch with their flower of Sakura blossoms, it is the largest, the middle division holds the Plum blossoms they are respectively the second largest, and finally is the lower division with the flowers of a pear tree and the smallest group.
Due to a gene defect nearly every girl is infertile. A fertile female in the clan is known as The Mother and has some form of marking on their face, typically are circles and pink in color. The markings are birthmarks and represent the female's fertility. The oldest of the high division is known as the Queen Mother. When it comes down to the divisions a member is placed by their flower, typically a child of two parents from the same division will bring forth a child of that division. However when the child is different they are moved to their respective branch once they are a genin. At the age of sixteen the female becomes eligible to carry children.

Kekkei Genkai-
Sakidasu “To begin blooming”
Allows the user to transform their body or parts of their body into flower petals for short spans of time.
---Habbiraki “Half Bloom” Turns a part of the body into petals.
---Mankai “Full Bloom” Turns entire body into petals
---Nidozaki “Second Blooming” Once at least a single part of the body has become petals the user is able to cause the petals to essentially explode into tinier petals and send out a blast of chakra razors. Immediately after doing so the petals must return to the body.
---Kaika Manako “Blooming Eye” Turns a single eye into an entire pear flower. Used with a wind technique for scanning.

The compound is the largest area of the entire village. There are four buildings, three of them residence halls for the divisions and a fouth for meetings.

Buriza-do [Blizzard]

Backround
An ancient clan born from frost, wind and ice. The
residence of these people is from Yuki-gakure however they do not
originate from this country their true beginning is unknown.

Dedicated to the art of ninjutsu, Buriza have several traits which make
them unique from the average shinobi. For example, unable to
with-stand any temp under zero they were a special breathing device
much like gas mask which draws in the moisture feeding a cold solution
into their lungs which keeps their temp at a safe level.

Now this isn't their ability it just helps. The Buriza-do have the ability to
lower their temperature to extreme cold levels, and also use their own
blood as weapons, molding it into ice or snow gaining complete
manipulation over it. They can also freeze their own blood making their
body as hard as rock or excrete it through the shinobis pores and creating
weapons or armor made of frozen blood.

However this can be exhausting to a buriza-do, using to much blood can
cause them to faint or even die. This is a very dangerous bloodline, most
buriza-do died away because of this careless limit.

Ninjutsu

Houshi Ketsueki no jutsu [Blood spore technique]
The shinobi pushes one drip of blood through every exposed pore they
have and using their chakra eject it after freezing the blood and shaping
it into tiny senbon like shapes sending it in every direction around them.

Depending on how much blood the user uses and how many pores are
used the shinobi could very well come close to dying using this technique.

Houyou Bara no jutsu [Rose embrace technique]
Cutting the palm of the shinobi and letting the blood drip down and off
its hand freezing it into five razor sharp claws which have the consistence
of metal.

Ooi Shinku no jutsu [Crimson shroud technique]
Taking a kunai and slashing wounds in ones self and covering ones
self with their own blood and freezing it. It can deflect any metal
weapon, withstand high temp and only be used once. This
technique which is very dangerous should be used as a last resort.

Extra

A side note to this bloodline, it is always evolving new
techniques which can be used in its ninjutsu. Using ones blood can
unlock millions of possible different techniques.
