"ok well Lennon can catch up to what he missed." Susumu feels enough people have showed up to get business started. "First order of business, Upcoming Chuunin exams. Good idea? bad idea? those willing to proctor? any ideas for it?" Susumu takes out a sheet of paper to record all that is said

((if Lennon does not show up or post in one weeks time he will be kicked off the Committee.))

"I think this is a good idea, we need more Chunin, most of the genin now are all over the place" Rahenno said leaning back in his chair.

"I think so too, we have to start it sooner or later and if I were a genin I wouldn't want to stay one any longer"

"I think it is a good idea, and I would be willing to proctor if needed." Kiyoshi offered if he was needed.

Zann was silent for a moment looking down, deep in thought. He then raised his head,

"However, would it be too soon for them? To me, I think some of them aren't ready, some of them are still too hot-headed and rush into battle without thinking. This would cost them their lives in real battles, which they may often engage in once they are chuunin." He felt concious that he was the only one who seemed to object, but felt like he had to say what he wanted.

Rahenno put his chair back up. "By the way, Susumu, I'll be happy to procter for the 3rd exam"

((I agree we do need them to have good RP skills. But strenght and intelligence in battle is just as important. I think we should have 3 sections. One to test RP skills, one for intelligence, and one for skills in battle. I mean as you said, some of these Genin are hot heads. Even if they can RP well, if they to wild in battle it could be bad.))

"I think we should have it, but only for
certain Genin who the sensis believe are
capable of surviving an actual battle against
someone trying to kill them. We need to
smooth the edges of the others who get too
angry too quick, and those who would rather
fight than run against a stronger enemy. Unless,
of course, they have a good reason to do so,
such as a distraction mission or to save someone
else."
