My brother, my sister and I, instead of practicing our Brahms piano trio, would play Zelda music together. We made pretty zelda trios. Aren't we special.

I used to press my ear to the tuning peg (I play cello) while I played and the vibrations of the instrument felt really weird... I'm glad I'm not deaf haha.

I also used to listen to music with headphones on while playing along on my cello... but I always listened to quartets and trios and such, so I'd be playing all the parts (avoiding the boring parts x3 I was terrible)

Um, well.
I don't know about you guys but,
I come on Gaia when I'm supposed to be practicing.
Like now.
At any moment, my dearest muther will probably come up here
and yell at me.
Sigh.

As of now, I'm on hiatus for piano playing due to work, but I'm still have time for violin. Anyway, when I am practicing violin, I distract myself by playing old pieces i used to play for NYSMA (New York State Music Association) festival. Sometimes i play Happy Birthday, and sometimes I play Elanor Rigby.

When I'm supposed to be practicing, I lay my trumpet or french horn on the table by our home computer and I go on YouTube usually. I'm a YouTube junkie. xd

My cat attacks my clarinet. And when i sing said cat attacks my mouth. Turn on the stereo and she goes for the speakers. Not a music-friendly cat.

My sugar glider comes out when i start practicing though.

As for what i do isntead of practicing, its more of a personal requirement that i poractice anyway. I tend to practice in my room with my fan going though, so I often get darth clarinet, which sounds like vibrato. Darth sax is also pretty epic.
