I'm Lupe. So uncreative. Squark rules. It's like a mix of quark and smock, two of my all time favorite words. Yay.

Haha, very slinkster.
My mum is an ML, so I've been lurking around NaNo for a while now, but this is my first year participating.
I might do a guide reference here or there, but nothing majour. Just a small tidbit that, hopefully, someone will pick up on.
Feel free to look me up. I'm "Horror Show".

I've changed my plot. I found one that I fell in love with =P People being held captive in Alcatraz by a crazy rich man. My crazy guy is Irish. Donahue.
I'll still drop a fair ammount of guide references. =)

Lupe_Oceana Squark rules. It's like a mix of quark and smock, two of my all time favorite words. Yay. Quark and smock are two of my favourite words, too! Do you read Calvin and Hobbes? Actually, squark is a real word. It's a hypothetical superparticle of a quark. Teraflop is a unit of computing speed I think

And I was totally thinking of it when I wrote that! *puts on Calvinball mask* I knew teraflop, but I hadn't heard about squark before. Wow. And I thought all physics-y names were lame.

1054 words! That means I get the magic beans of 1K-ness and get a free pass to the Big Hole of Doom and Muffins.
Total Guide References So Far: One (My character has exactly $129.42.)

3337 words! That means I get to... er... do something good... *is not creative today*.
I don't have any Guide references yet, but I do have a song quote from an incredibly obscure Barenaked Ladies song (the song is called "Yes! Yes!! Yes!!!). I make one of the characters say a line from the chorus ("Yes, yes, yes, I understand").

I have a really good idea for a scene even though I'm not in this novel-writing spree.
if ever someone's characters need to find another character, then have both characters, the frantic one (henceforth known as arthur) and the froody one (henceforth known as ford) both cram into a telephone booth, then proceed to look through the directory...
arthur: Simons......Slick.....c'mon where's steinbeck? Ford: it'll be in there.... Arthur: lesse now, *flips page* Swisson....wait a minute, I passed it. *flips back* it's not here! Ford: maybe someone else was rying to find him/her too? Arthur: but there's a reason why noone will look for him ans I'll tell you why: *does so* Ford: maybe someone was looking for someone named smith? that'd be on the same page, but a more likely name. Arthur: but who would openly defile public property by tearing out a page like that? that was very inconsidarate. Ford: it's what you'd have done... Arthur: I would not have... well I guess I....THAT's not the POINT!
at this point maybe steinbeck shows up out side asking to use the phone.

Aaargh, I'm going to lose Nano, I know it. Stupid evil essay of DOOM took up all my writing time.
