yeah, i read the twilight series, and it's better than harry potter. I was planning on seeing the half-blood prince, but i realized new moon would beat it.
heart you really shouldn't compare the two.
I guess it's a matter of opinions.
I love Twilight don't get me wrong. I own up until Eclipse. I borrowed Breaking Dawn from my sister last year, read it, and decided it wasn't worth buying. Probably the worst one out of the 4.. well 5 but Midnight Sun isn't finished nor published.
But in my opinion.. I still think HP wins over Twilight, better writting, better plot, better characters, better setting and better development in general compared to Twilight. Twilight it written like some fanfiction that you'd see online... and some of the fan fictions for Twilight are better than the novels themselves.
The only thing that really held me to Twilight was the ridiculous romance and what little good plot was in it. If it had been written better than I'm sure I'd love Twilight to death.
I actually prefer the movies over the novels. The actors bring more life to the characters than the novel does... where as with Harry Potter I think the movies suck... they're well made movies, but they skip out on too many important things from the novels. i can't watch one of those movies without complaining about everything the whole time.
