There are a lot of good videos on youtube to help.....I would say try a search there.

Try Cyber Seams's tutorials. They are SUPER helpful! This is how I learned how to knit and purl and now I'm making things like this:



If you look closely, it's all knit stitch. It's actually really easy once you get a hold of it! =D

Whoa. Those are awesome. Knitting was hard for me when I first started learning in our Fashion Design class because I kept gaining stitches. I finally got the hang of it and then I learned the purl stitch on my own using youtube. I learned how to use the KK looms on my own using youtube as well. Just hang in there!! ^_^
