It's long because "fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth" is long. How else would you say it? Peanutbutterstickingtotheroofofmymouthaphobia?

Yes, that is their main problem.

My problem is the fact that I can't pronounce it.
It could be longest word on the planet, and I'd be fine with it, if I could pronounce it. If the pronunciation was obvious from just looking at it, which it's not. (or at least for me it's not)
