Description:

The user makes seals and focuses fire energy into his hands. Then he/she blows fire into the hands and it takes the form of a large firey sword. They swing it around and plows it into the ground, which tears a massive fissure under the foe with a large column of fire beneath them reaching 20 feet in height. The speed of the attack when it hits the ground is almost the speed of sound. But once used the sword is gone. Its only used for the attack then it vanished

Description:

The technique is actually a new kind of itself. The user forms a seal and creates a number of blackish bluish white flames that are floating around the opponent upon using the jutsu, similar to a ghost. Depending on the rank depends on number of flames made

The user can either make one flame at a time or several or all flames collide onto the target. If one hits, instead of burning the outside of the body it attacks the inside, making the temperature of the inside person sky rocket. If medical attention isn't seen shortly upon being struck by the flames can result in death. The flames are said to be flames from hell, for they have a spectral appearance. This jutsu can only be performed once in a battle and cannot be used for 48 hours after usage.

Description:

The user makes a long series of handsigns. Then upon the final seal the ser glows a hot blue color and the sky turns blueish white color. This takes about one post to do alone. Then after the wait where ever the opponent is a powerful column of blue fire spirals down slamming into them at the speed of sound. Upon impact the fire releases a huge wave of blue fire in all directions up to a two mile range. Also when it hits blue fire bursts from the ground spiraling around the point of impact, making it dangerous to be near it even in the air. The fire left lasts for 3 days. This jutsu requires a lot of chakra due to the level and is strongly suggested to be kage/sannin only to use it. The fire can be put out but needs an A-S rank water jutsu to do it. If struck or near the point of impact most likely will die from the incredible heat which is said to rivals the sun. If one is lucky to survive the attack will be horribly burned. This jutsu can only be used once per battle and after usage cannot be used again for 3 days (gaia days). After usage the user can no longer use any fire jutsus of S rank for the remainder of the battle. Only the user can not be affected by the heat for he/she is the one who brought it forth. This is also said to be the fire from the gods which is to punish evil.

Description: The user will inhale deeply while he makes handsigns. As he exhaulse arrows of fire about 1 to 3 feet long will fly from his gaping mouth. With the aded wind chakra the arrows can become detonation devices as well. Meaning with a snap of the fingers they will explode. The range of the explosion depends on how much chakra puts in the arrow.

(also the number of arrows will depends on the amount of chakra put into the jutsu)

Description: Following the same concept of the fire arrow the Fire hel zone i like an improved version of it. But instead of arrows they are fire balls that surround the opponent. Making them think that the user has really bad aim. Then suddenly the entire world blows up around them. Only an A rank jutsu can defend. I dont care how fast you are you cant escape that.

Kage - 50 arrows

50 is the max mkay?

And about the second one? how is it god moddish? The last part is just myy oppinion but its kool.

Changing it up based off what I got as the problems. And had to modify a few other things with the basis to suit the fixes.

Name of Jutsu: Serpent Yo Yo Jutsu

Range of Jutsu: Really depends on the length of the string but the tendrils bloodline sort of negates this.
Jutsu's Element: Depends on the chakra being input
Description:
This is a jutsu that can be used only on yo yos. The base of this jutsu is inputting chakra into said yo yos, then giving a constant feed along the strings to achieve certain effects. The effects only last as long as the chakra is being put into the yo yos. If the chakra is being stopped somehow, then no effect is achieved. Along with that, the chakra input can be cancelled while the yo yos are still in flight, but it can't be put back in until they are back in your hands. This means that if fire chakra were put in, and the yo yos thrown, if the user were to stop the chakra feed themselves, or someone were to sneak up and disrupt the user's chakra, they would become normal yo yos until they are recalled. Also, only one type can be put into a yo yo at any one time. So if lightning is being put into one, you can't put another type in until the lightning chakra currently in it is used up. There is a limit to the number of yo yos that can have chakra put into them at any one time:
Chunin: Get 4 yo yos
Jonin: Get 6
Sanin: Get 8

Fire: Sending chakra of the fire type into the yo yos will add a degree of burning to any attack that manages to make contact. Depending on the rank of the user, this can range from a minor burn like putting your hand on a hot mug to being set on fire. There is no fire that coincides with this heat, so cloth won't burn, but metal can still melt if the temperature is high enough.

Air: By sending air chakra into the yo yos, the attack comes at a heightened speed. This doesn't mean more force, just more speed so it is tougher to dodge or hit.

Lightning: By sending lightning chakra into a yo yo, a stunning effect is gained. This stun is dependent on the level of the user and the location of the hit. Lower ranks can give minor stuns that won't last very long but can cause a bit of pain, while higher ranks can cause longer lasting stuns that also give a high degree of pain. If the person is hit in the chest, the stun is increased overall the heartbeat of the person being hit is also increased due to the electric shock. If directed at a limb, the shock isn't as bad overall but the limb in question will get a stronger shock.

Earth: This is a different effect from most. By sending earth based chakra into the yo yo, the user gains the ability to travel on the yo yo. The more yo yos that are used, the faster a person can go. At a base of one, the user goes at a walking pace, two gives a running pace, three adds the effects of two yo yos with the effect of one yo yo and four is double the speed of 2. It continues beyond that using the same pattern: 5 is 4 plus 1, 6 is double 4, ect. The yo yos while in this state can only travel along the ground and are unable to go into the air. The advantage is though, that the yo yos are unaffected by inclines of any type in the earth. So a straight 90 degree turn up in the earth won't bother it. The earth chakra can be used to attack, but nothing more will happen other than a sore foot since they can't really go up the body.

Water: Putting water chakra into the yo yos doesn't give the yo yo itself any extra abilities, but instead converts the strings into water. This makes it much more difficult to sever the strings. A sword slice won't break them but, as an extreme example, say a person were to fall on top of them. That would break the connection. If the strings do manage to get broken, they turn back into regular strings. Using the same example as above, the strings would be severed, and three parts would be formed: one attached to the yo yo still, one attached to the user's finger, and one that would normally have connected the other two pieces, that was broken by the person falling on it.

Demon: A different effect is achieved if demon chakra is put in instead of the users own chakra. In this state, the yo yos don't gain any extra abilities. Instead they gain the ability to dodge one attack directed at them. This occurs once per yo yo and only once while the demon chakra is being fed in. So if someone were to throw a kunai straight at a yo yo with the demon chakra, it would dodge and continue on it's path, but it can no longer defend itself and would in essence become a normal yo yo, only with chakra in it. This also means that if the chakra were disrupted before a dodge were to occur, it would not happen.

Tendrils Bloodline: Anyone with this bloodline gains a second effect in addition to the elemental chakra. They gain the same dodging abilities as demon chakra, but it isn't limited by rank. Instead it is limited by the users reaction times. So while a yo yo with demon chakra could easily dodge a sudden attack from the front, the bloodline would have as much trouble as a normal person dodging a surprise attack. While they are slower at avoiding the attacks, the user gains an ability the demon chakra doesn't: avoiding attacks from the rear. This is because the dodging ability doesn't come from the yo yos, but from the user themselves. So long as an attack comes within the vision range of the user, it has a chance to be dodged as if the user were dodging it. This does not affect the strings in any way.

Description:

An advanced version of the grand fireball jutsu, the imperial fireball jutsu is even bigger and slightly faster. The differece in appearance is blueish white, showing its also hotter than the grand fireball jutsu. The amount of chakra needed is slightly bigger than the grand fireball jutsu, though Uchihas benefit more out of it due to specialty in the fire element. When it impacts the ground it explodes, making a large hole and the heat and fire radiating up to one mile, frying all in its wake. One other thing that makes it slightly different is when it explodes a bright light is emitted, blinding those who catches it in their eye. User is unaffected by this part due to being the one using it

(this is an upgrade of the fire style: grand fireball jutsu. Its stronger then it in several ways)

The user makes a few handsigns then relaxes for a moment. (this requires one post) After the brief meditation the user's muscles heat up slightly making endurance, strength, and speed increased. The user is also cloaked with a faint film of fire, giving them a faint glow. Upon physical contact leaves slight burn marks and fire jutsus are powered up slightly.

Description:
Just like the Original It drains chakra. And can only be used when in contact with the thing your draining from (Unless you are chunnin or above then weapons contected to you can also drain to your body.) The difference is this jutsu unlike the Original is more prolonged unlike the original where you just drain a small amount. In this Variation, you can drain as much chakra as you please depending on your chakra control and current rank. Can only be used by chunnin and above.

Strengths- It drains more chakra unlike the Original jutsu.
-Still has all the pros of the original jutsu.
-You may Completly drain people below your rank (As in 0 chakra) but they can still live (Depends on the RP situation- if it is a controled drain then yes they will live, if it was in battle when the drained person was injured, depends on what happens next...)
Weaknesses
-You must be in contact(Either by weapon or Body)
-If you drain completly drain a person above your rank (1 rank above) then you will be weak for 5 posts (2 ranks above) then you will be weak for 10 posts (3 ranks)-Impossible (A demon (Lesser or not))-Must be S rank and weak for 10 posts ((Explenation for being able to drain a Demon- It is chakra in Solid form that has conciousness))

Tendrils Bloodline: Anyone with this bloodline gains a second effect in addition to the elemental chakra. They gain the ability to move in mid air. This is not restricted by the number of yo yos. The ability to move is based upon the user's own reaction times so the movement isn't instantaneous.

Jutsu Name: Raiton: Make-shift Chidori
Description:

This jutsu is for use when training up to the chidori. it helps the trainee to learn the values of chakra controll. the hand signs are the same as the Electric Overdose Technique (required) but instead the user focuses the chakra into the palm of their hand to form a small ball of lightning. the chakra is visible and will make a crackling sound when not moving. for this jutsu to do damage one must hit the opponent. Damage can range from minor shocks to third/fourth degree burns. Caution: when using this technique be sure to have learned Teikou no Kuntou technique or may result in burns if not learned.

Description:
Upon forming the three handseals required for the technique the user will find themseleves indulged in the prescence of a heightened sense of sight which allows for high levels of concentrated "zoom". This gives way to success in reconaissance missions and basic analysis when the proper tools are not available. Note:This technique can only be steadily maintained for two post, following the second post the user's eyes will be inactive for three more post to recover from the serious strain which had been applied upon them.
