Ok I read a little bit about Lars. He is working for Jin right now, so If Lars wins so does JIn. Lars is head of the tekken force. Besides that G-Corp is the only thing standing in the way of the Mishima Zabatsu. Also no Jin did not win tekken 4. Kazuya fought Hehachi and lost. Hehachi is the actual winner of the Tournament, but he got beat up by Jin at the end of the tournament.

Kazuya wins because I choose it to be (*for LOL) + alternate ending twist and everybody get's back slugging it out again by Tekken 7.

Though my idea doesn't make sense, that is no longer my concern. xd
