Neji is sooo much better.
Neji changed for better,
Sasuke changed for worse.
But it seems like something is going on with Sasuke in the manga.
Very suspenceful.

sasuke because even though he has lost the curse mark he has the ametererus and the eternal shringan and because even though neji can cut his chakra points he has to lad a hit first thats where the shringan comes in at sasuke can see anything neji throughs at him

Neji because unlike Sasuke, Neji is good in offensive and defensive combat. Plus he's not power hungry like Sasuke.
