I'm a Philippino, but sadly I can't speak and understand Philippino. cry I had speech delay when I was little. Speech delay is when you can't talk, even when your 3 years old. I had to take special classes just to start talking normally, but I didn't learn how to speak Philippino in those classes because I was in America at that time.
