It starts on monday, unless everyone wants to move it up to friday. And I've already drawn the names from a (proverbial) hat, so I know who's paired up with who. But no one's supposed to know who there Santa is until after everyone's gotten and opened their presents, hence the "secret" part. (except for me since I had to draw the names).

Actually it's kind of weird how the names matched up...I can't go into it now, but after it's done you'll know what I'm talking about. I literally wrote names on pieces of paper to draw and it's just funny and weird the way it ended up...
