Yes it does. its obvious. He starts war between sand and cloud by making a so called attack on the cloud by a so called sand ninja. Thus cloud retaliates in full force and does some destroying of the sand. Basic war strategy. Welcome back Rah.
I didn't even notice he was a sand ninja. I am just wondering how he is using sand jutsu when he is a Cloud ninja.
He was part of Sand, but left during the Arc (Don't know if it is still going, but the arc characters don't RP anymore so.... guessthat Arc was a fail.) and swore to destroy Suna.
