Yeah, I guess I should get used to this sorta thing since I am just a minority here in America. Maybe one day that'll change.

Well, it is the idea that everyone is entitled to their own opinion just as everyone is entitled to their own beliefs.
I don't care if you like America. I wont scream or curse at you about it.
That is what a true Atheist is about anyway.
Anyway, since you are here, I might as well fill you in.
The guild, as I have seen it, is about challenging ideas.
If you don't like the ideas of someone then just debate about it.

Well, at least I can tell I learn a lot by joining this guild. I had a slightly different view on what's American life is all about. It almost looks like it's more religious than my country. I mean here it's rather an "official image" of polish catholic nation, but reality is waaay different.
Oh, btw, "nation"... heh... whee

Big deal it wont be in theaters the goverments actually saving us money for once now we cant shell out $20 to go see a movie (and the popcorn to throw at the people who wont shut up) so we can just use it to buy it when it comes out on dvd...

It seems to be a pretty good movie. To bad I won't be able to see it.

INTERESTING UPDATE: As I have heard (although don't quote me on it), a distributor has been found in certain places in America, so although it won't be shown in ALL cinemas, it will be in a few a states if my info is correct. At least someone has some sense...

And a personal note from myself:
I don't specifically mean to "bash" American culture, but from what I hear it deserves to be bashed with a giant mallet over and over again.
It was supposed to be the land of freedom, of new beginning, but what they don't tell you is that you have freedom of choice as long as you are a happily married Christian in a heterosexual relationship with the gentleman's choice of two kids along the way. And in some states... Caucasian too.
But other than that... you are a fantastic country! Much love to you all heart

lol.....it's funny because it's true (I live in Texas, but I got lucky and live in Houston so the Caucasian thing doesn't apply so much here)

I loled today.
It appears the United States is showing a movie, in cinema, about the corruption of the U.S and the illegal taxes but they wont show a movie about Creationism.
I find this funny, disturbing, and sickening at the same time.

Officially, we in america have freedom of speech and freedom of belief, but unofficially, theists rule. if that doesn't change by the time i'm old enough to live on my own, I think I might actually move to the UK.

Can you limit your hurtful words to the religious majority of America so us American Atheists can not feel somewhat attacked by you bashing our country?
