Hey, it looks like all those weapons in people's houses will now be of use. 8D
Anyways, I do believe this is a bad idea.
A chemical spray.... in/on the clouds, which are water.... Which will be bad....

dragn99 Vaettur It's not really that new, China has done it multiple times already. And the Moscow guy has already done it against rain. On parade days. Brian, instead of looking east or west, look up. Do you realize that a strong north wind will carry that s**t just, lets say, a couple hundred kilometers right to us very easily over the Arctic circle?
