I could've bought a game I already had on the 360 for $2.49.

A game that actually gets support on PC, that you don't have to pay for.
I only play the game once in a blue moon. More often I'm just playing Half-Life 2 or Portal on the Orange Box.
I actually was being a bit serious about missing out on the deal, though. I'm not allowed to have my 360 at college yet, and $2.49 for a normally $20 game sounds like an incredibly sweet deal.
