	I don't have enough posts to work here, but I had a suggestion. For when people are gone, you should have a place where members of the guild can tell you reasons why they might be gone for the day/week/etc. We had this at one of my other guilds, so I thought it'd be a nice add on for here. Just for when people can't get on because they'll be away, or something of that matter. So, they can tell you there reasons for not being able to get on, so they don't lose there membership in the guild.
