Sailor Moon would have been taken off air anyways. There was no way for them to dub stars and keep it in the nice little kiddy box they tried to put it in. Plus many fans of the Japanese version disliked the fact they made the outer's cousins. This cousins relationship would have been even harder to pull off with stars as well.

As for Toonami, well it ran itself into a corner anyways. Many of the shows they aired had to be severely edited to meet the ratings required to run them at that time on cartoon network. Hero from Gundam cussed so much in the Japanese version it was funny to watch the dub. They choose too many shows meant more for an older teenage audience (15-20) in Japan and tried to make them fit for a preteens and barely teens (10-14). Plus the dub voices sucked anyways. Just watch a sub.

I like 2 read naruto but not watch it. Sailor Moon is better (the the Anime naruto)

Well again, Sailor Moon was canceled long before Naruto was aired. So that doesn't make any sense. I can see Toonami loosing ratings because of Naruto though. the American dub of that also sucked. The phrase "believe it!" turned into a drinking game at my house.
