Description: Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.
Hibiki no Jutsu (Noise Technique)
This jutsu sends a small sound wave off in any direction, for about 20 feet. Upon reaching its destination, it dissipates, giving a small noise similar to crunching leaves or snapping twigs. It can be quite useful to distract the enemy for a decisive moment, or to lure him away from a certain area.
Yobiko (Whistle)
Unlike Shout, this jutsu actually imbues sound waves with chakra. At this level of skill, the user is only able to affect a very narrow range of frequencies, the frequency of a whistle just happening to fall in that range. The user manipulates the wave, increasing amplitude and frequency slightly, in order to make the whistle unusually loud and piercing.

Character Description

Personality: When he is first introduced Axel has a mysterious, stoic, and calm demeanor. But once he's known he has a very laid-back, "go with the flow" outlook on many things, including missions and battles. But he also is shown to have a very kind, heartful side.
Backstory: Though he does not know it yet, Axel is the half brother of the Mizukage Zane Hajime. Though neither of them are aware of it, Axel was taken away from his parents in water country when he was just a baby and taken to the Hidden Sound Village. It was here where the Otokage performed vile experiments on him, changing his dna dramatically. These series of experimentation have given birth to new special abilities that have yet to awaken within Axel. Now he has been released and is under the command of a new Otokage.
On his first day at the academy, he ended up meeting a chuunin named Aki Nara. Aki Nara was a shinobi from the Nara clan, able to control shadows, and not only that he was adept in Katon. But Axel had no idea what exactly it was that he was adept in. So Aki gave him a piece of elemental chakra paper, which burned upon touching Axel's hand. That's when Axel found out that he was also adept in Katon. Afterwards, he was taken to the Otogakure training grounds in order to take his academy graduation test. Passing with flying colors he became a full fledged shinobi.

Personality: Haseo is kind to people he knows well. Otherwise he is quiet and usually won't talk unless spoken to. He doesn't like being with a large group of people which many believes he is shy. History/Backround:
Chapter One
Haseo grew up in the leaf village, his parents once hailed from the sand but moved to leaf to get a break, which was when haseo was born. Growing up around puppets he grew fond of them, but what was different was he was born from the same blood as of the third kazekage, meaning he had the ability to manipulate iron dust, or sand as most call it. Currently a genin, he seeks to become stronger and become one of the most powerful puppet masters, like the one he idols when it comes to puppetry, Sasori of the Red Sand.
Chapter Two
Haseo was trained by a puppeteer shortly after making his puppets known as Zeramaru. Zeramaru showed Haseo a genjutsu he made on his own and even gave Haseo his foxglove poison. Not long afterwards Haseo got to spar with the kage of rock, which was a good fight ending with Haseo poisoning him. Another genin known as Zaph challenged him. He was a genjutsu specialist and an uchiha, making quite the opponent. Despite a tough match, Haseo outsmarted him and claimed victory. The chunin exams was near
Chapter Three
The chunin exams were there. Haseo made his way to the exams where the first test was a written examination to test the genin's sense of mind. He at first was utterly confused, but then realized the objective was to cheat like shinobi. So he used his kekki genkai and very cleverly cheated his test and passed. He moved onto the next round, fighting a girl named Noa. After a long match he emerged unscathed, though he had several close calls. He became chunin rank.
Chapter Four
Haseo slowly began realizing the leaf village was filled with arrogent shinobi. He was granted Oinin without being tested and the kage was ignorant. Haseo decided to head for the Hidden Sound, to see the kage in hopes of becoming a human puppet. His wish granted, Haseo created a new fleet of puppets and he was now a human puppet. He ran an errond for the kage and retrieved a shinobi of sound, later on heading for the grass country to capture and kill (again) a leaf oinin named Teddy Uchiha. Having his soul removed and keeping a few extra things, Haseo lives his life currently in the Hidden Sound

Story // The Ichibi is a rather unsettling Bijuu that is only able to fully take of the Jinchuuriki if they are asleep. When released its body is formed by sand and surrounding minerals. It has been passed down in Sunagakure for ages and is known for its sand and wind based techniques. When not in a human it is sealed inside of a teapot so that it will not escape and wreak havoc in the village.
Personality // The Ichibi is loud and flamboyant. He speaks whats on his mind reguardless of who is around. He will protect his Jinchuuriki as best he can for fear of knowing that if the container dies so does he.
Appearence // There are a couple of changes in the container of the Ichibi. First their eyes develop dark black rings around them due to sleep depravation.

Stage's.
Stage 1 - The user will have some the physical qualities of the demon itself. Such as black rings around their eyes (both), there hair will grow in length as well. A gourd with form on there back as well, capable of unleashing hidden sand attacks. The violet (blue in the anime) tattoos represent his title of God of Wind will cover the skin completely. This also will apply for the other stages as well There attitude can change as well with the increase of laughing more often. If the user has tame the demon they can have more control over how they act.
Stage 2 - Sand will release itself from the gourd forming more demon like looks. The sand will extend making a tail, covering the right arm add more length, and covering half of the face. This will show more of what the demon looks like king of. If the user has tame the demon they can have more control over how they act.
Stage 3 - More sand will cover the body also become more solid and harder to hurt the host. The sand will extend covering the left arm just like the right. As well as the upper body has completely change into demon form. The only part of the body has has not been cover is the waist and legs. If the user has tame the demon they can have more control over how they act.
Stage 4 - The host is now completely cover with sand as they are now self inside. Breaking the surface of the sand is not so simple as well. This is the full form of the demon with all qualities including, most of all the size of it demon. The sand is very much scaly like a dragons but it applies to protecting the host. The host will most likely have force them self into this stage if not mastered the demon yet. If the user has tame the demon they can have more control over how they act and does not have to be put to sleep.
Fighting Style
Heavy hitter, but sluggish and lacking reflexes. Shukaku has the ability to occasionally perform a small burst using Wind & Sand to surprise foes. When transforming through out each stage the host fighting style would have change. It is more animal /demonic like which resembles there demon. Each tailed beast fights different of course, this is how the 1 tail demon fight throughout stages 1- 4.
Personal Rule's.
This Demon Host can control sand and wind to a degree. It cannot exceed the control of sand to microscopic scale, or exceed the wind use to for example take the air out of some body.
The Sand attacks cannot be heated and turned to Glass by normal Jutsu's, Demon Fire jutsu's would be able to turn the sand into glass. if sand is turned into Glass it is uncontrollable by this demon host.
Can change air Pressure.
This Demon Allows the use of any Wind attack From any level in the jutsu List.
This is the strongest wind demon but doesn't mean can take control of wind created by others although can overpower it negating there attack not taking control of it.

Name: Akai Raitingu (Red Lighting)
Description: The user is able to combine Fire and Lighting element. The user can snap his fingers to make the red lighting to shoot out, but this jutsu has many processes, First the user must at least know one lighting jutsu, also they need to know how to manipulates fire. With this jutsu you actually need to be able to use the fire element fairly well, because you have to make the fire into a lighting form. (there is more process to this but i dont feel like typing all of it) When the user snaps his finger a red lighting will spark out of the fingers and hit thing the user is looking at. When the lighting hit something in will explode and if it a person dead on it live a 3rd degree burn also the enemy will be shocked. Also the user can make the lighting form into anything.
The user is only able to do two spark in each post. Also it cannot be copied, because its you dont need hand seals and its not taijutsu. It something only manipulator of fire can do.

Name: Amatsu Enkou (Heavenly Flame)
Description: This is a Speed Jutsu, this is known as the first fire base speed jutsu. A skilled Katon user can use this jutsu without any hand seals. The user manipulates blue flames around their legs, by doing this, it will increase the user speed depending on his rank and will also increase the user leg strength. Its flames is about 100 degrees. This jutsu can also be use as attack jutsu just by kicking their enemy, it will give the opponent a third degree burn.
Genin: (only a special genin) Huge Flames surround the legs and it make a lot of crankily noise and while running it will leaving a black trail, cannot make sharp turns. Its only about 80 degree. They can only go as fast as a car going 50 miles a hour.
Chuunin: The flames get smaller and the crankily noise fades a way a bit. The flames turns kinda of white. The user still can't make sharp turns and they still make black tracks where they go. They can go as fast as a race car going about 120 miles an hour.
Jounin: The get thinner and surround the lower leg and the crankily noise disappears. The flames turn blue. The user is able to make sharp turns but as they make a sharp turn flames will be left at the spots where they make sharp turns at. Also the black trails don't show any more. The user can go as fast as plane.
Sannin/Kage: The blue flames only covers the lower part of the feet. The user is able to run as fast as a jet. There is no marks left behind, this is the final stage of this speed jutsu. The user is able to be at one place then other in a sec, but the user can only as far as they can see.

Description: When the user of this jutsu use fire jutsu the flames turn to black. The black flames is more stronger then normal flames, it would take a larger amount of water to deplete it (unless an enemy is two ranks higher they can deplete the black flames with a smaller amount of water). Also the black flames is more controlling the normal flames (meaning that the user can decide if the flames could catch anything on fire). But the side effect is it takes out alot of energy to do it.

Description: This is a jutsu that is permanent. It is says this jutsu is a forbidden, because of the risk if you mess up on this jutsu your arm well be shattered and never be able to use it again. If successful the dominate the arm of the user will be cover in black goo but its very painful, it takes someone who can take pain, because the sticks inside the skin. After that process it starts to turn into a black steel, and everything in that arm turns to steel and no matter what can't be destroyed it can stand up to any weapon and striking jutsu like Chidori and Resangan. The user won't be effected by poison or anything else that deals with skin on black steel arm. Also the user cannot feel any pain that is dealt to that arm. It also enhance the user strength , this jutsu is mostly for defense use but can use it for figthing. The problem with the jutsu/weapon being permanent is that everyday it takes 10% of the chakra. Also with this "Black Steel Arm" active the person arm can't be broken, also the person arm can't be hurt by anything (only the dominate arm)

Jounin - cannot fight against Amaterasu no matter the user rank, Sannin is able to be equal with it no matter the rank). At the right rank the user is able to control the heat and what it can burn, but if the user is chuunin and down they will have a problem controlling it. Chuunin and down will take about 75% of chakra to use it 10 posts, Jounin and up it takes 50% of chakra to use 15 posts, Sannin and Kage it will take 25% to use it 20 posts.

The user will do the a long line of hand seals after making the sign of the tiger he/she will glow a bright blue and then blue flames will surround the user. The flames that were surrounding the user will start to form into a black and blue fox cover in flames, it is the size of a 3 story building. The ability of the fox is amazing with one chirp like bark it will make a massive blue flame shock wave that will burn anything that it hits, the shock wave can go as far as 2 miles. Where ever the fox steps it will leave print of blue flames, meaning it can burn anything by a touch even evaporate any amount of water. The last move this fox can do is turn to a huge blue fireball and rush forward and when the user decide to let go of the jutsu it will explode and engulf anything in a 3 mile range in blue flames. There is two weakness while this jutsu in effect the user eyes are blue and is unable to move because of controlling the fox and the jutsu only last 5 post.

When growing back it will take different length of time to grow fully: if the hand is cut off it will take one post to grow back, if the lower part of the arm gets cut off it takes two posts to grow back, and if the whole arm is cut off it will take 4 posts to grow back. After it grows back it takes 2 post to have the chakra to run through that arm, so the user isn't able to do jutsu for 2 posts and the amount it takes to grow the arm back.

Manipulation of that arm will cost the user 10% of their chakra every use of the black goo (black steel) covering the arm. While in use the user can't use another type jutsu until they discontinue the current jutsu.

Life Before Ninja Path
When Saku was born on the outskirt of the Sand village. Saku learn how to walk by 6 months of age, and started to talk normally at the age of 4, his family knew Yuki was gonna to be a smart kid. At the age of 5 his father (who was a master of the sword) taught Saku how to fight and how to use a sword. Then on Saku 10th birthday a Missing Ninja attack their house, Yuki father tried to fight the ninja off but the ninja killed him with one blow but it gave Saku and his mother time to run away. Ninja chased after them up a mountain, Saku and his mother was cornered when the ninja was about to attack Saku mother pushed Saku down the mountain to escape, all you can here is Saku yelling for his mother. His mother was sliced in half, the ninja then started to walk towards Saku, Saku who was in a stage of shock couldn't move. At the moment when Missing Ninja was about a Sand Ninja took him down, the Sand Ninja took Saku in.
Genin and Chuunin Era
Saku enrolled in Ninja Academy and after two years he graduated top of the class. He was one of the rare Genin that didn't have a squad, but was train under the Kazekage herself. After a year being a Genin the Kazekage thought he was ready to become Chuunin and skip the exam all together. Sakuya was Chuunin short period until the Kazekage was name after the old one disappeared. The kazekage notice his talent and made him a Jounin seeing his skill.
Becoming Fire
After a few months being a Jounin he became the top Jounin of the village. With that the Kazekage ask him to join a elite group to release goddesses out of Humans body. Saku took the offer a became known as the Fire Devil. They had no luck with the goddesses; however he learn to master to the flames to great extent.
Climbing the Highest Rank
During a huge fight with ninjas of the Mist they killed the Kazekage, but before they did he name Sakuya the new Kage of Sand. Saku didn't want to be, but he had to honor his friends wish. Saku got bored after a week until a young boy name Ban came to him saying he was the last Kazekage son. Sakuya took him in and taught him the way of the ninja and with that they started to old journey the previous Kage started. Same happen like before they had no luck.
Wondering
Sakuya lost the urge to become Kage, so he pass the title to another man and disappear along with Ban. They travel almost every village . Six months pass since he left the sand. he left Ban for is own travel, but left his right right Sharigan eye with him. Sakuya travel to lands that he didn't know of and change his appearance every so often. He join the Moon Village, but it was a short while; however he got his eye back from Ban. He disappear once again, but this time for 5 years without a word.
The Return
Sakuya finally return to Hidden Villages. This time Sakuya return in the Akatsuki. There is no reason why he join, but knowing Sakuya its just boredom.

Taijutsu:
Style Name: Daidoumyaku – Great Pulse Fist (Sound Village)
Style Description: By using chakra to concentrate energy within their hands the user of this taijutsu can transfer the energy from their hand into their target, creating violent vibrations. This involves a slight bit of chakra control, but this is not the focus of the style. Instead the focus is on speed in movement and striking, which helps to create stable sound waves. These vibrations can damage soft tissue of internal organs but the primary function of this style is to damage bones and create numbness in nerves.
Style Basis: Taijutsu (Speed)
Stage One:
Palm Strikes – At this level the user is just learning the proper motions of the style and has yet to study the methods used to create vibrations in a targets body. Palm strikes, while certainly painful cause only normal external injury.
Kicks – Kicks at this level are slow and awkward, and thus they connect poorly and do minimal damage. Most users of this style have problems effectively using kicks in combat and tend to avoid doing so. If a kick does connect, it is painful but not focused enough to do real damage.
Defense – Defense is poor at this stage, as the user has not yet learned to properly anticipate attacks. Blocks, dodges, and other defensive gestures are effective if the attack is slow enough for the user to respond. Attempting to deflect thrown objects at this level will almost always result in failure.
Special Techniques:
Hakike no Tsuki (Nausea Thrust)
This technique uses the very basis of the style, the vibrating of the palm, as the principle for this elementary but potentially devastating attack. By first striking an open handed attack to the stomach of the foe, the user then vibrates his palm. These vibrations adversely affect the digestive system of the target, therefore causing severe nausea and all the associated ramifications. The sickness caused by this technique lasts for three posts.
Level Two:
Palm Strikes – The user has now begun to learn the basics of what makes this style truly dangerous. The user is now able to transfer the energy in to a target to create minor painful vibrations. The damage is not significant from an individual attack but multiple attacks and the pain associated with them will begin to wear at a target. The primary difference between this level and the previous level is that attacks are slightly more focused and obviously more painful.
Kicks – The kicks at this stage have become more fluid as the user has learned to perform them more gracefully. Kicks are now effective combat moves that can now be used properly in a fight, resulting in a painful and damaging addition to the user’s arsenal.
Defense – At this stage the user has begun to learn to anticipate and deal with attacks provided they do not come in rapid succession. Blocks, dodges, and other defensive gestures are now more effective and allow the user the opportunity to counter attack if one is possible. A user has a reasonable chance of deflecting a single thrown weapon.
Special Techniques:
Daidoumyaku – Mimi Senshi (Ear Stab)
Description: This is not actually a direct attack to the ear. Instead, the user makes an attack, missing on purpose and uses external force and chakra to send a sound wave directly into the ear. This attack must be done at close range. This blow disrupts the center of gravity of the person hit causing them to lose their balance for a short time. (1 post)
Level Three:
Palm Strikes – Power has become an important factor now. The palm strike can now crack the bark of trees and leave a real sense of pain. If a target is struck by a direct attack they will feel severe pain in the immediate area and repeated attacks to the same area will cause minor hemorrhaging of tissues resulting in severe bruising and pain that will last several days unless treated.
Kicks – At this stage the user has mastered the proper motion of the kick and all that remains is finding the proper balance and power. The kicks snapping motion creates a quick wind gust sufficient enough to extinguish a candle at three feet. Aside from the kick being able to inflict the normal physical damage when it connects, the ‘air’ created by the kick now actually lashes against the target like a whip, creating a stinging sensation.
Defense – The user has learned not only to block and dodge attacks but to sometimes use blocks or dodges to set themselves in proper position for an attack. The user is now able to block or dodge single thrown projectiles and can sometimes even accomplish this feat against faster moving projectiles such as arrows.
Special Techniques:
Daidoumyaku – Saidan Assaiki (Altar Crusher)
Description: This taijutsu attack is aimed at either of the two collarbones. Using the principle of the Daidoumyaku, this causes the nerves to overload. This sudden strike also drags the opponent’s torso down with it. At the end of the attack that whichever half of the body the user struck is more difficult to use due to the tremendous numbness brought about by the impact.
Level Four:
Palm Strikes – The Daidoumyaku style takes its true form at this level. Palm strikes here are a true show of power and skill. Even blocking the attacks now is painful unless done properly. Palm strikes have the power here to put out a candle from 3 yards away. When a target is struck vibrations go through their body from the point of contact and out slightly in a cone, with the main damage being at the center of the cone while damage along the outside of the cone is less severe. These attacks now literally rattle bones causing extreme pain and hit nerves, causing both pain and numbness.
Kicks – The power of the kick has made a small jump, able to blow away candles from 5 feet away. The increased control allows for a greater snapping sound when the kick is performed. The snap of the air is now pronounced enough to lash at a target even if the kick does not connect directly and is more severe if the kick does connect directly.
Defense – The user is now highly proficient in the art at blocking or dodging then counter attacking. Single thrown weapons are now completely useless against the user of this style unless the attacker can catch them by surprise. This is the first level where a user is able to turn aside more than one ranged attack at once but the effectiveness of this ability drops significantly as the number of attacks increase.
Special Techniques:
Daidoumyaku – Ibukuro Gusarito (Stomach Thrust)
Description: This powerful palm strike is different then the standard ones taught by the style. The fingers are clenched into the hand to help concentrate the force and the extension of the arm is much longer then normal. The attack is aimed at the sternum, right about where the fifth ribs are. The force goes straight through the bone and reaches the lungs causing the victim to go into spastic coughing. The pain usually keeps other ninja down for a short while (1 post) while they get back their air and bearings.

Description: The Panther Claw is a single ninja claw weapon with three 9 inch blades attached to a strap across the knuckles. However the Panther Claw is different and the blades are attached to a thin chain allowing them to be thrown and retrieved with a swing. The limit of this chain is 9ft and the weapon has no other special properties. The claw may also be used to catch the opponent or object allowing the user to swing or pull things at a distance. In addition to this the blades can also retract into the gauntlet so the user doesn't have to worry about cutting himself during jutsu or other such tasks.

Looks: Usualy wears a thick coat with a large collar. Zaraki also wears make up in the style of two red lines going down from his eyes.
Personality: Hate filled, doesn't like anyone.
