Discription: This jutsu rips at the very fabric of time. It appears rather silly at first, but such thought are immediatly banished. First a massive pressure hits all people in the same thread as the user. This prevents the person and his opponent from moving. Then a giant wheel appears behind the user and begins to spin. It lands on a random number and that number shows the effect of the attack. This jutsu may be used once per fight. In order for this jutsu to work both fighters must be looking at each other. The effects of the wheel are listed as.
1. Both fighters get high
2. Both you and you're opponent are frozen in ice
3. The entire thread is lit on fire.
4. All ice in the thread is melted.
5. It starts raining.
6. Both you and youre opponent must announce their moves for the next two attacks.
7. All fire in the thread is instantly put out.
8. A gust of wind blows away all poison that is not inside someones body
9. both fighters chakra is refilled
10. nothing happens, but an evil laugh fills the air.(think nazi zombies)
11. Both fighters are only able to use taijutsu
12. " " Ninjustu
13. " " genjutsu
14. " " Weapons
15. " " bloodlines and clans
16. Both fighters gain the equivalent of raise from final fantasy for the duration of the fight.

25. It begins pouring flowers that get in the way of everything. if you talk more than 3 words they get in your mouth. They divert attacks, They are coated in chakra so no one can see through them, and they are help to no one.
Each affect only lasts until the fight is over and both people have left the area unless specified otherwise.

Empty Was hurt bad. He was lying on his back with the ninja pointing a sword at his head. He had no choice but to risk it. He chuckled madly as he pulled his hands through a few sloppy signs. Both him and the other ninja stared intently at each other. He probably thought Empty had gone insane. His thoughts were probably correct. For a moment after the signs were done nothing happened. Then the pressure knocked him straight to his hands and knees, Empty's head was pushed back to the ground, and the mans medic was forced to just one knee. The massive wheel appeared spinning behind Empty. The man looked and saw it. His medic got to her feet just in time for it to stop. It landed on 17. The man got to his feet relieved of the pressure. He was going to show Empty now. Get back at him for that seemingly useless gesture. He threw a large fireball. Halfway to Empty's face it disappeared. Suddenly the same fireball burst from the air slamming into the man and leaving him with third degree burns. His medic friend rushed to help him. She was in distress and freaking out. She tried to use healing jutsu on him, but all the healing was directed back to her. While a part of Empty would have loved to stay and watch the spectacle he did not. he got away while he could. Limping to a safe place, and falling asleep.

Description: The user builds up chakra in one hand, or two, which ever works best. really anywhere works. If this area touches the opponent for more than just a glancing blow the chakra blows into the opponents body and spreads to the nervous system. This causes the opponent to feel an intense rush of pleasure everytime they are touched. This can be unbelievably distracting. The effect lasts for two posts. if a jounin jutsu is used it lasts for three

Description: This simple jutsu is still a staple in a good genjutsu users strategy. The user thinks of something to say and points at the opponent. If they are within half the range of byakugan it can hit them, but the user must be able to see them clearly. The jutsu causes the message to appear in front of the opponents eyes. The words will not disappear until the opponent reads the words. the message can only be up to two sentences long, and must say something(meaning no "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA")
the jutsu is also used by hunter nins or anbu to inform allies, as it makes no sound and gives no warning when someone is affected by it.
Rp Sample Empty pointed at the ninja running at him. he suddenly skidded to a stop. "Watch out for that punch?" he said out loud confusingly. His eyes widened as Empty's punch hit him in the face.

If for some reason the opponent chooses to resist saying this they will puke their guts out, but who wouldn't just say it. Also simple and it only requires one sign *chuckle*

Do perverted things. Fun at parties. they may be grown from anywhere on the body, but are like shadow clone limbs and die if hit. They also disappear after one post. only two pairs of arms at a time. Very sneaky.

Description: the user uses their pointer and middle finger to poke at the opponents eyes. this attack is more devastating then it sounds as the included hyuuga chakra blocks off vision for one post. in addition it deactivates any doujutsu related abilities the victim was using. However it is difficult to hit seeing as you need to hit them in the eyes. It is used primarily to stop prisoners from using doujutsu.

Description:

The user places a tag on his puppet that allows him to control it like a clone. However only one puppet may be controlled this way at a time. For normal puppets you must give an ammount of basic jutsu equal to a shadow clone. Every time the puppet is hit but not destroyed it loses 10 chakra. when it runs out of chakra it falls apart broken, so the jutsu is to be used at your puppets risk. If used on a human puppet the puppet takes half of each of your ranked jutsu, and breaks down when it has used all its chakra or is defeated. This jutsu cannot be used if the puppet is more than 50 feet from you. The tag must be applied before battle.

Description: The user draws the power of wind into a space the size of a basketball, and then releases it in a blast wave similar in looks to the windscar from inuyasha. This blast has the properties of a vacuum. Fire is extinguished by it, water evaporates, earth is sheared by it's forced. Wind however is its downfall. Another wind attack of chuunin+ strength will negate it. If the wave hits a person it will suck the air out of them and burn their blood. This will leave them out of breath and exhausted. when the jutsu is made Jounin rank winds will be blown from the users position. The jutsu is also relatively short ranged, and can only be used on people in the same thread as you. The jutsu travels slowly(about normal unassisted running speed), and is 10 feet across, and 4 feet tall.

Description:

This jutsu is the ultimate in ENERGY. First the user pools ENERGY in the form of lightning chakra into one hand. They build up so much that the lightning chakra turns into pure liquid ENERGY. the user then drinks the liquid power and their soul gets a ENERGY boost. For eight posts after drinking the chakra the user becomes an over excited ENERGETIC nightmare. The user will be able to shock the recently dead(within one post) back to life by standing within 5 feet of them. these dead then become zombies that follow the user and hit people with taijutsu or just melee attacks. Their attacks will hit like a tai user regardless of mass. The zombies die for good after shockra ends. Electricity within that distance will be struck by emp pulses. the users attacks will release electric shocks that really do nothing, but make for a hell of a lightshow. The users speed is not increased any more than it usually was either, but their body becomes so bright that opponents will be dazed by the movements if they see them, and be slowed by one rank. The user also gains the ability to Boost themselves around on carpets of ENERGY. Meaning no flight, but they can move about ten feet in any direction at will at their normal speed. While in this state the user cannot use jutsu that require handsigns, as add prevents them from being able too. the user can attack with lightning against opponents in melee range as if they had more arms. The lightning chakra in the soul can branch and hit if normal attacks miss, but it causes no electric shock, and hits as if solid. Demon stages cannot be activated while this is working either.

Description:

Empty partially opens the seal on his inner seal, and flings food remains and poison everywhere in front of him. The "blast" only covers in front of him however, and can be dodged easily if the opponent was any farther than arms reach. The poisons and food/drink act as a molecular acid that dissolves things that it touches. It will turn things it touches into piles of mush. If it hits a human it will not dissolve them, but will weaken them by vaporizing their blood. The opponent will have blurry vision, and suffer from anemia and feel light headed after 4 posts, but application of water will wash the poison off.

Description:

Empty Pours medical chakra into his heart and releases it in waves. The waves reverberate through through the opponent, and shake them throughout. The jutsu causes the hearts of opponents who are already afflicted with poisons or sickness to beat faster. If they continue to exert themselves by moving for 5 posts in a row without stopping they will have a heart attack. Standing still for 1 post will stop the effects. The heart being electrified by anything except the thunder hands technique cuts the amount of time in half. If the opponent stops having a heart(transformation) the countdown will resume once they regain one.

When the Yami byakugan is used on jinchurikki it does not kill them, but The demon chakra in your own Hyuuga jutsu will counter their demon/angelic chakra. The ammount of time sealed changes depending on the jinchurriki. The 1 tail/wing can be sealed for 9 posts, the 9tails/wings can only be sealed for one. This power only works if you hit the jinchurikki with a full hyuuga palm jutsu, and can only be used with yami byakugan active.
