Weakness: The same as all staffs: While powerful, they aren't that fast, when compared to swords and other bladed weapons, unless given to a talented individual, nor is it really a 'killing' weapon. Also, the special ability consumes chakra, so the ability isn't good for constantly using in long fights.
Description: The Jinsei Tengoku was a weapon meant to disarm or subdue, rather than kill, as well as make good use of a strong chakra control. This staff itself is about eight feet long, two and a half inches thick. The staff's design allows the user to use the melee tactic commonly used by medical nin. This means that the user can channel chakra into the weapon and use that chakra to add a little more 'umph' to the attack; think of it as a chakra blade, but a little more. This ability, when used, general eats up about half the chakra used when using a ninjutsu. A powerful attack can eat up as much as a B or even A ranked ninjutsu if the user is of equal rank or greater. This means Chunnins can't use chakra equal to an A ranked ninjutsu for an attack. Call it a... 'limiter'. If the chakra is poured into the staff enough, it can even be used to ward off incoming physical attacks, but this ability is only usable when standing still and the user can focus deeply.
As an added bonus, the staff, to its owner, feels extremely light compared to the length. Everyone else who attempts to use it will find that it actually weighs as much as an elephant, or more.
The second aspect of the staff is that this isn't really.. a staff. It's a full-body sheath. The top part of the staff can separate from the rest to reveal a Nodachi, which's blade is about 4 /12 feet long. This blade is only to be used against very strong opponents, as it consumes much more chakra per attack if the ability is used (The chakra consumption is to the point where one attack is suicidal for a fresh gennin without a high chakra pool, maybe a half warn out chunnin.). This is due to the fact that it attacks with pure, raw chakra, which can also be used to block against enemy ninjutsus or taijutsus. (Call it the Sword and Shield method).
The blade feels as light as a feather to the user, but impossible to wield for anyone else, no matter how buff they are.
In Takeo's case, the Nodachi form is only used against enemies who he wants to kill, and seeing as how he hates killing, these enemies are few and rare.

Katon Style: Flaming Bullet Strike The user holds his hands out infront of a direction they desire and focuses their chakra into them. Small balls of fire the size of your small pinky nail and fires out bullets of small blue fire which burns upon impact.

Katon Style: Spinning Pillar of Flames The user weaves handsigns together and shoots out a stream of concentrated blue flames onto the ground which erupts into a spinning pillar of flames. The pillar remains for a number of posts varying on the rank of the user.

The pillar is spinning and shoots out a storm of fireballs in random areas. 4o% chance of being it. So you roll a dice 1-10. 1-6 you are not hit, 7-10 your struck and burnt, lite on fire as well.
Katon Style: Azure Spears The user concentrates chakra in the air around their hand and molds it into a spear of condensed blue fire. The user then throws the spear at the opponent when it breaks off into four smaller spears making it harder to avoid. The spears are so hot one can get burned by it from being 2ft away.
--B Rank Techniques--
Katon Style: Spinning Azure Dance The user concentrates on the chakra around them and spins around like a top, blue fire forming and spins around them like a protective dome similar to neji's rotation. All projectiles are deflected and most jutsus are cancelled out if same rank and higher. Lower rank has no effect on it. Water weakens it and higher ranked water style breaks through. Katon or fuuton jutsu that hits it makes it expand.
--A Rank Techniques--
Katon Style: Exploding Azure Rain The user holds out his hand(s) and concentrate on their chakra into the hand. A ball of blue fire concentrated forms about the size of a basketball. The user then throws it towards the opponent where it explodes into a shower of blue fireballs. If two are used the tw hits each other exploding with even more force and a storm of blue fire flies towards the target.
Katon Style: Azure Warzone The user channels his chakra into his arms and hands then slams them into the ground, sending a powerful burst of chakra and fire. Throughout the field geysers form and erupt with blue flames. The attacks starts off as one, then two, then four, then seven explosions. Being hit is a 3o% chance ((roll dice 1-10. 1-7 is a miss and 8-10 is a hit)) If hit directly the victim's skin melts off and they are left with vicious burns and possible death if medical attention isn't sought. This goes on for two posts
Katon Style: Azure Wildflower The user strings handsigns together and molds the chakra and fire into two firey stars. The firey stars spin around the user then the user catches them and throws them at the target, which they then home in towards the target. Even if they hit they fly away and return to striek again. This happens three times. If hit the opponent is caught in a spiraling vortex of fire. This doesn't burn thatr badly but being pure chakra and fire they cut like a weapon.

Description: Inari is sort of an oddity. Her personality is like a little girl seeing the world for the first time. Every time she turns a corner, she has a question. As for the shapeshifting and preforming jutsu, she has a fondness for chakra, and with the aid of Takeo, has learned to use it, though her chakra pool is quite low compared to the normal shinobi.

Character Description
Personality: Takeo is very funny person, or that's what he would like to think. Generally, he's a very sociable, sympathetic, kind person. He's never turned down a cry for help, no matter if they be friend or foe. This is even more so when he drinks... which is most of the time. Though he never gets 'drunk', it's rare to see an absence of a gourd containing sake, or two, on his person.
Background: Takeo was found on the side of the road leading into Cloud's gates. He was passed out, ill-nurished, and obviously hadn't been in contact with another person, if not with enemies, for a while. A small merchant couple took him in, fed him, gave him shelter, and overall looked after him. So, in return, Takeo helped out around the neighborhood (Woot, spelt it right my first try... and my spelling sucks). The area he lived in wasn't the wealthiest, but it was a safe part to be in. This was where it's suggested he made it his goal to go out of his way to help people. After all, he didn't even have an actual home, and these people accepted him without even knowing who he was.
As for his life prior to being found in Cloud, not even Takeo knows. He doesn't remember, or doesn't want to. Either way, he's been searching through archives and only has a steel band with the Waterfall's insignia and 'MATSUDA' etched on it to go by. When he checked there, no one knew anyone with the last name Matsuda.
He's not another 'emo story'. No eternal rivalries (Excluding Mr.Wiggles), no dead lovers, no nothing like that. He's just an average kid with above average traits.
