The Ilocano word for "floor" is "datar"
though it is more commonly coined as "suelo", its spanish counterpart, seeing that it is common that our words are from the espanols
and guys, FYI salug is also floor but not in ilocano. or at least not in the Ilocos Region (Sur/Norte) Ilocano . some ilocano speaking places like Baguio, Cagayan and the likes might have mixed and fused with neighboring regions a friend of me mentioned that salug is bicol for floor
balay, is ilocano, but it means house
