1. Be yourself.

If your not yourself, then how are you going to make anyone else happy? Pretending to be something your not is dishonesty, and when people find out, they won't like you anymore.

2. Show off your personality.

Well you need to be yourself, and you can't be shy either. I socialize with people and show them my personality. Personality shows alot, and it's never about good looks. People only would smile, if they like your personality.

3. Be friendly. ^^

You can't make anyone smile being grumpy.
