The Blade given to you by King in Dokustu Monogatari. Pwns at lvl 3 and you can go screw the Spur and Nemesis.

Y'know, the lv. 2 Blade actually has better damage output against bosses than the lv. 3 Blade...lv. 3 is better for hordes, though.

I agree with the Master Sword and Hidden Blade. Off the top of my head, I can only think of one thing that hasn't been mentioned: the Jesus Gun from Resident Evil 5. Okay, okay, the Satellite Laser Device. There's nothing quite like a gun that causes an enormous laser beam to shoot out of the sky at whatever you aim it at.
