Yeah, the tone of the movies has been more "real world" since the third one. Too bad. I don't mind sitting through 3- or ever 4-hour movies. whee

Dude: Yes. And yes. And there's no such thing as a GBA AC card.

Pitty, now that you have a GBA, you might have actually gotten one.

An Animal Crossing game if they had made one for the GBA.

Probably not. I still stand by my objection to small screens. I won't be getting any stand-alone games for it.

Rini: It's the PS2 version, but it's the same thing basically. They do look like skeletons in the game, but if you'll recall the book, they're supposed to be animated bodies, i.e. zombies. 3nodding

I actually stopped reading Half-Blood Prince partway through it for ....personal.... reasons. I sort of just skipped on to the next one and decided to wait on the movie. *flops* I'm a bad fangirl. ...But, I will go back and read that chapter. blaugh

I found Half-Blood Prince, the movie version, to be ...quite pleasant...but that was simply my own hormones kicking in. *cough* .....My favorite has to be Chamber of Secrets as far as the movies go, the Basilisk just make me giggle and squeal with delight. :3 (Sorcerer's Stone is my favorite book)

I felt so sad once I finished the last HP book. I had this mass of overwhelming emotion just well up inside of me with this mix of... wistfulness? nostalgia? I have no idea how to articulate this. Sometimes I hate ending a story, especially ones I get so attached to.

Same here. I kinda wish for more books, but I know it wouldn't be the same. sad

Heck, no.

The HP series ended right where the creator intended it too.
If anyone made more, they would destroy it.

And it would be nothing more then a loose alternate reality version.

Especially sence the main baddy is dead.
They'd have to bring in a new one just to make it exciting again.
And that would sux.

Lets just hope they don't get the stupid idea to do a prequel about harry's parents.

They'd probably mess up the timeline.

I meant, if the author decided to do more. I know she said she wouldn't, but big names often like to revisit their famous series. Like Lucas and Star Wars. I can see Rowling doing a sequel or prequel in a few more years. Still wouldn't be the same, tho.

If Rowling was ever to revisit the series she would undoubtedly do a prequel. The fans have an overwhelming desire to delve into the history behind the story. People love Sirius and Remus and would love to see more about the Marauders, probably learn more about Grindelwald and Dumbledore's past etc.

I'd read it. I'd want to read that more than a sequel. Harry's story is done. It'd be nice to know more about those that came before him.
