The enormous amount of trade trolls. I see that "why do they call it an xbox 360?" 'joke' about a couple hundred times a day :/
The new trolling method is now "Why do they call Arthas' steed 'Invincible' if you can see it?" e_e
My ignore list is filled with everyone who has ever spewed those; I would rather group in randoms with idiots and not ignore them than waste a precious spot where I could shut those assholes up forever.

People that use GS as a measure of people's skill level.
People that pretend they know what they are doing when it's clearly not the case. I'd rather have someone ask me about a boss fight then assume what they are doing and screw up. (._.')

1. a**l spam. The legendary weapon spam.
2. Gearscore. Sure it's a probably nice addon, but I'd rather take someone who has gear and willing to learn the dungeon.
3. Heroics must be hardmode amirite? New 80s doing 1000dps, while everyone else in ICC epixs doing like 5k or more.
4. Role play griefers. That is all.

Healers who quit a group after they let someone (sadly, usually the tank) die in a heroic. (Or anywhere else, for that matter)
People demanding an achievement to join a group for a raid, thus preventing new people from actually getting said achievement.
Gear Score: I have no idea what mine is, and don't really care, but it's still annoying.

Sometimes... Dungeon finder. It's made people be as stupid as to leave the group when only one DPS died...
I also hate it when little kids pretend that their old, then they troll, and in all reality, their parents created their DK and got them heirloom gear.
I hate it when caster's try to tell me how to tank.
Shut the hell up mage... no wonder they rolled a troll. NOT ALL CASTER'S ARE LIKE THIS!!
I hate when level 80's (both factions') are geared for ICC but choose to raid Goldshire or Razor Hill.
Really prove to me that you have nothing better to do.
I hate when people try to defend the people above saying it's just world PvP. Really? We're in Blade's Edge! This is not a PvP server...
I hate when idiot's make people think the whole game is about PvP.
I hate when I make really long post's in a WoW forum to have no one reply back.
I hate when I'm in a battle ground and Druid's moonfire spam me.
I also hate when I'm in a BG and Warlocks and Shadow Priests show how they really just wanna piss people off. Yay! You can fear me then curse me to death! Assholes. <.<
I hate it when Feral druids que for healer. Same with ret pallies, enhanement Sham's, and Shadow Priests.
I hate when I see a guild with the letter's PvP replacing the word pee.
Example: Touch me where I PvP.
I hate when low lvl's beg for gold.
I hate when people complain about expansion's... where would WoW be if we just 40 manned molten core for the last 4 years?

People in tradechat who talk about how girls playing WoW either
-Don't exist
-Are married
-Are fat
-Are ugly
-Suck at the game
-Are always healers
Because honestly, there's no way for me to disprove any of that. Even being like NO NOT ME brings attention to the fact that I'm a chick, which I'd rather not do. So I just stew :/

I know mine and its so so but yeah its annoying. =/ The only reason i downloaded the addon is because you cant raid on my server if you dont know your GS. i hate it so much since people ask for ridiculous gearscores for entry level raids. 5k for OS, even on 3D, is overkill.

My main's a tank, and dps not understanding how to control their threat or unwilling to do anything about it annoy me.
Same with DPS that don't know how to focus fire. It's like they see me attacking one target so they decide to focus all their burst damage on a DIFFERENT one and pull aggro and die because they're in cloth and blame it on me. =/
And on my mage that I'm leveling, it's going into battlegrounds, any bracket, and seing ppl hu tlk lyk dis in heirloom gear bossing everyone around because they're in heirloom gear which means they have an 80 which OBVIOUSLY means they know what they're doing. rolleyes

people who expect perfection and leave after one wipe on a boss in a newly released raid (SERIOUSLY guys, halions just released, it's not gonna be one shotted, stop leaving pugs)
people who rage at everyone else in vent about how to play the game, their classes and how it's THEIR fault that the wipes happened or the fact they died, failing to realise that they are the ones who are actually horrible, wether it's because they cant play, or because they are tanking with a dps weapon....
EDIT: oh....and people who truely believe GS=skill

People who get all ruffled over the fact that I don't pay attention to my gear and stats and ladedah else. My bad for not taking it all as seriously as you, man, but I don't want to waste time looking at what gear has better stats and whether it's specced for my specific class and whether it fits with PvP or dungeons. It's the same with talent points. I have fun with the basics, folks. I leave the little details for things that pertain to life. If I were to get angry at anything in the game, it'd be this situation: Me: I'm killing all of these creatures to get to the boss. This is taking forever, but yay, I'm almost there. I can see the boss just over there!Someone else: I am choosing to completely disregard another person's attempt to get to the boss and am going to run past all of these corpses I didn't kill, and am going to clean kill the boss in one swoop so that I can get this quest over with. Woohoo, killed him. Bye, person I am not acknowledging.Me: ******** everything.

My new peeve:
People who use that add-on that tells me I have a low ranking spell and need to upgrade ALL OF THEM. Really? It gets annoying in whispers, especially since I don't have the money to upgrade atm.
Whats more annoying is the person who uses it and has to be hella rude. ITS JUST UK and I was doing more dps than anyone else in there. She/he wasn't really a good healer either.... Kept letting the tank die and purposefully wouldn't heal me because she/he "DOESN'T HEAL PEOPLE IN BOMBS". Melee are always in range of mob aoes - it can't be helped.
Last group I was doing fine with the healer healing me and the other melee and tank through aoe damage.
Just another bad healer thinking he/she is awesome. xp

I was using the wrong rank of something when I was doing a random on my Druid in her OS and I would've had no idea I was using the wrong rank unless I got that whisper.
It made my DPS higher; which helped the group go faster.. it's a good thing.
Yes it gets annoying if you just leveled, but you can just ignore the person..
But at level 80.. if you are in a RAID and it goes off and you HAVEN'T trained the spells.. you should get instantly kicked.. that's just lazy.
I hate it when people are too lazy to gem/enchant their gear.
Then get pissy when they don't get into raids because of it.
I hate it when people lie to me about how experienced the group is.
I got a whisper on my priest about ICC 10; and apparently it was a group full of Kingslayers and they were going to try to do some acheives.. I want the mount so I joined the group.
Some of the people didn't even have blood wing down. o__o
And the leader didn't even do Sindragosa.
So I left.. then the leader whispered me all pissed off and I told him not to lie to me and threw him on ignore.
