There is no earning a living at your age. Your parents probably just want you to have a job so you know how far money actually goes.

The only thing my mom pays for is my college (thank God). Try tackling a $425 rent (monthy), $205 truck payment (monthly), $670 insurance (6 months), food (about $100 monthly), all on a Wendy's bi-weekly paycheck. On average, I need about $600 a month. I make $450.

As far as advice goes, buy a car (from a dealership, obviously to build credit) BEFORE you move out. You're 16, start now. You'll tank me when you move out and realize how easy it will be to live off a s**t job.

Im glad im 13 XD and im saving up too. I got over 500$ since i bought my ps3 slim
