I have been plaing intensely for to years and i havent gotten that but a great advice is to exercie like i go to the gym so i move my fingers when i run i dont know y!

It's a type of Repetitive Strain Injury.

It happens when you keep you hand/wrist in a fix position for long intervals.

Word. I get it rudimental snare drumming. It's more common than people think. You're not gonna die from it or anything and the pain goes away after awhile.

Pretty much if your hands or wrists hurt, stop? Or stretch like Treythebest said. And if you haven't heard of it, that's probably because mostly when people get it, there's no cause so they just wait till it stops. One of those "holy s**t, my hand hurts and I don't know why. I should lay off it I think.." kinda things. First human instinct is to flex the muscles a few times and lay off it.

If you are experiencing pain you should STOP playing for a FEW days. It is BAD for you to keep playing through the pain and could cause damage or prolong the pain
